I wish I had taken the time to read the Google and Yelp reviews BEFORE I called Kerwin Plumbing. I am sick about the fact that I had to pay so much for such a simple job and parts. I had a hose bib repaired with a repair kit that they charged $41 for (Home Depot and Lowes have them for $13). Furthermore, the job only took 30 minutes and they charged $275. I will NEVER call them again!!!

I generally don't put much stock in reviews but I was compelled to submit one.

After a week's worth of bucket baths, yesterday we had Tim come out and diagnose an error code in our tankless water heater. I'm a pretty handy guy but sometimes I'm smart enough to recognize when I need a pro. Tim did not disappoint. I could immediately discern he knew what he was doing and he deftly diagnosed the problem and got it up and running lickety-split.

We had contacted several other supposed repair companies recommended by the manufacturer but they did not want to touch it. They just wanted to sell us a whole new system. Well, maybe that would have been the right thing to do but we just couldn't afford to replace at this juncture.

Tim listened to us and supplied what we wanted.

Voila! We have hot water again!

It's really something how you take these things for granted.

Stuff breaks down. Thankfully, there's Kerwin.

We had a leaking pipe but couldn't find the source. Ethan from Kerwin Plumbing arrived on time and found the source of the problem right away. The leak was repaired in less than and hour. I would call them again if we had a plumbing issue.

My usual plumber was unavailable until after my tile guy was available, so I had to take a risk and use someone I didn't know.

They charged $220 for a a plumber and an apprentice to install a tub and a rough-in valve. The labor alone was over $1100 for half a days worth of work.

Would have run $600 from my usual guy. Next time I will just wait, even if it means I have to wait longer for my tile guy.

Same story as other recent reviews. Was referred by a friend based on past good reputation. The receptionist would not quote me rates, guy showed up late, in and out in 20 minutes without even re-gluing or taping the pipes after he was finished. Just slapped them together dry. Then I got a bill 10 days later (after it said it was due) for $175. Can't think of a way to be worse at something. Anyone want to start a plumbing company with me as a backer?

Our experience with Kerwin was great. We needed to have three plumbing issues fixed in our home. We were given an appointment quickly. Dan came out, was on time, professional and repaired the problems in a timely manner. He also discovered another leak and was able to repair it on the same visit. The price for the visit was definitely reasonable. Dan communicated the consistently through the repair so there were no surprises. He cleaned up before he left. We will call them the next time we need a plumber. Thank you!

I had a plumber (NOT FROM KERWIN) come to my house to fix a leak and left before fixing the leak. So I called around to every plumber and no one could get me in until the next day which I could not afford to miss work again the next day or go without water. So I called Kerwin and they said the earliest they could get me in was 1-3:30 that day and I said I will take it well I don't if someone cancled or what because a plumber from Kerwin Plumbing called me an half an hour later and said he was on his way to my house. He showed up fixed the leak and then cleaned up my bathroom (that's where the leak was) and even offered to mop the floor for me. The price was reasonable and the work was done great. Shortly after purchasing our home we found ourselves needing a new water heater. Kerwin Plumbing was able to do the job within a day. The water heater was installed quickly. They gave us a time window and stuck to it, actually came right on time. Nathan, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I greatly appreciated his advice as I am a first time homeowner and this was my first major repair. He was very professional, cleaned up completely. It is nice to know that I now have a reliable plumber to call on. The best part was that the price was reasonable compared to all the other plumbing companies that I called and that were unable to schedule for several days. I would highly recommend Kerwin Plumbing and would use them again, which hopefully will not be soon.
