So far I'm impressed with the way they communicate and handle the issues. They haven't started the actual plumbing work but David is very helpful and accommodating. Customer service is excellent!
Will know more in weeks to come about the outcome of their work. Still in the process of replacing our pipes in the storage.

Disappointed long time customer for 30+ years.

Recently called Kerrygold to repair bathroom shower (water temperature could not be adjusted and was much too hot) and to install two safety grab bars.

I provided the part and the shower temperature work took a little less than one hour. The grab bars sitting on the bathroom counter were not installed and the amount charged was an outrageous $325!

Called Mike several times about the problem and he said he would speak with David and call me back. I finally left a message for David to call me, however, he has not returned my call. I am a long time customer and am extremely disappointed that a company I thought was reliable no longer cares about their customers and now only provides unsatisfactory service.

I will no longer use Kerrygold for my plumbing needs. My relatives and several of my friends will now utilize the services of other plumbers.

My wife and I work remotely. We have office jobs and require peace and quiet to perform at our best. Noise is our enemy. We were very impressed with both Mauricio and Tony of Kerrygold Plumbing. Not only did they replace a faulty pipe with the utmost skill and precision, but they did so while being sensitive to our work demands. They both exhibited excellent customer service skills.

So, we just had Kerrygold plumbing out to replace our twelve year old water heater and they did an excellent job!

Mauricio and Omar worked incredibly hard what with moving the old unit off the pedestal and installing the new one. Our arrangement was extra difficult as the pedestal also had a large metal pole in front of it to keep you from hitting it with a vehicle. This made lifting the old and new units harder as the pole was much higher than the pedestal.

Mauricio did a great job cutting and soldering all the new pipe together. Omar was a terrific assistant prepping the pipes and helping with all aspects of the installation. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned all areas of the work site. I can't say enough nice things about both of them they were super friendly and careful.

I would highly recommend Kerrygold for plumbing jobs and would definitely use them again.

At the risk of sounding dramatic, Kerrygold plumbing changed my life. Up until now, my experience with plumbers and all things sewer and septic have been confusing, stressful, and expensive. Had a problem with the work done by a plumbing technician. He charged us for work and the leaking issue wasn't corrected. We received a personal call from the owner of Kerrygold Plumbing expressing his displeasure of what happened, and assured us that the money that we were charged would be refunded. We appreciate this! Kerrygold Plumbing has done work for us before, and did a great job. It just that one plumbing technician that was the problem. Overall they are a very good company to work with!

Kerrygold was reliable, knowledgeable, prompt and excellent at getting back to me. Their plumber went the extra mile to install new faucets correctly and fix a multi function shower so I wouldn't need to replace it. The plumber who had come in before Kerrygold was talking about opening up the wall. With Kerrygold, everything went as good or better than I hoped for.

I was referred to Kerrygold by my brother-in-law who had had a very good experience with them about a year ago. I initially got a couple of bids from some other sewer contractors and the quotes were all over the board and I was assuming that some were lowballing and some, perhaps didn't even know what they were going to excavate when it came down to the real work. My house was built in 1956 and I had hydrojeted my clean out many times, but after due diligence and experience from Kerrygold, I was told that I needed to replace the line from my clean out that went to the main city line, which was 15 feet deep!! You can imagine my concern when I heard about this. Meanwhile, Doug, who is one of their main go to people came out with his partner and camera and diagnosed the scenario and gave a bid within a days time. I was also very impressed that Dave who is the manager and part owner spoke to me over the phone thoroughly for at least an hour or so regarding the work that needed to be done step-by-step and how they backed their work up and would not be changing their pricing on me. I should also mention that while getting an estimate for the mainline we also had them inspect underneath the house to see which pipes needed to be replaced and was given a very fair quote. I should mention that because this was a bit of a dangerous job. It was crucial to know that they were bonded and insured which I recommend to everyone Meanwhile, after I agreed and signed the contract, we set a date and they showed up promptly and completed the work in less time than anticipated. What I also liked is that they started the job and finished the work without taking days off in between. Their work was very thorough and they showed me everything they were doing as each day progressed. To say the least, we were EXTREMELY pleased with all of their work and only had a minor hitch with a sprinkler from the excavation which they gladly came back to fix the next day. I would highly recommend Kerrygold Plumbing and appreciate their warranty and hard work. Lastly, I want to mention that their front office lady Katherine who handled all of the calls and communication was always great in getting back to me in a timely manner and made the process very simple. They have a super team and I have nothing but high recommendations for them!!
