Kerry Lewis handles the warranty repairs for Navien tankless water heaters in my area. They came out and took care of our issue (that another company couldn't figure out) quickly and professionally. Super nice guy, couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again in the future.

They came out the same day I called the day after the big freeze. I appreciate that. They spent 10 min turning off 3 valves on my tankless w.h. They said they would order parts and return to fix it. I called 2 days later for a status update and they said they would call me back after they had their team meeting later that day. Two weeks later they finally call back with a high estimate for my w.h. installation. The bill for the 10 min visit was $450 which they lowered to $405 after I complained. I understand supply and demand and special circumstances with this type of business. However, those prices are just plain unfair.

They did good work. when I called them and explained the problem was a clogged sewer line. They came out 2 days later with an 80ft snake and said it wasn't long enough and that they would be back. It took them about 4 days to return with a 100ft snake which cleared the drain. When I received the bill they charge me $275.00 the first time they came out then charged me an emergency fee because it was an emergency but it took them about 4 days to come out. I asked why am I being charged the emergency service he said because of the snow. I can understand if they came out the same day after hours but the poor excuse of snow? Then I asked why did you charge me the first time even though you didn't fix the problem, he said because we came out. I am not complaining about the price just the fact of the 2 charges. I Won't recommend them

Kerry was persistent in finding and fixing a problem related to a pool heater. He stayed engaged and kept me informed of status and options, even though he was not the primary contractor on the work.

I was a customer in a hair salon today, and there was a lobby full of customers. Long story short, there was a very irate customer inside the lobby who was yelling at the employees, and at the customers. Kerry had his truck with his company logo on it outside, and along with threatening the place of business she was in, she threatened to call the Better business bureau on Kerry's company, and make something up bad about him. I assume she was having a bad day. Kerry was so calm, and so polite to this woman, even though she was yelling at everyone around her, including him. It's nice to see someone who is kind, especially in situations like this. He was so respectful, and kind to her, continuing to call her yes ma'am, even as she was being rude. I am so glad to know there are gentlemen still out there, I just had to post about it!!

Excellent service!
I wish I could give Kerry Lewis 10 stars. Repaired my slab leak for less than half the price I had been quoted by several other plumbers. Saved me at least $1000- probably more. Did some additional work he didn't have to do, just to be helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest and highly skilled plumber. He's a nice guy to boot.

Kerry came out on a Sunday in the winter when my hot water heater was out. There were no extra charges. Kerry installed my hot water heater in no time for a great price!!! He is very friendly and honest. I will use him again if I ever need a plumber.
