After several other plumbers being stumped, Kern's came in and fixed a complicated leak under a slab. Jonathan and crew were very responsive, communicative and straightforward. Overall a real pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.

I called Kern's Plumbing due to a faulty gas fireplace. Although a failed thermopile was the most likely cause of the outages, we agreed that also replacing the valve was a reasonable investment given the age of the appliance.

The owner of Kern's, Jonathan, made a personal inspection visit, as he does for all his projects, to insure the completeness of the job and the quality of the service. After the fireplace was up and running, he offered to return to make some adjustments to the gas/air mix. Only when I was completely satisfied, was the job declared complete. They also gave me a significant credit because they had to reschedule the original appointment.

I was impressed by Jonathan and his commitment to his customers and the business. They are certainly worth calling for any of your plumbing, gas and appliance installations or repairs.

Kerns is a very professional and honest plumbing and gas company. I had them install a water heater and a new shower valve for a reasonable price. The technician was on time, did the repairs in under two hours, and was extremely professional and friendly. I highly suggest if you need any plumbing or gas work done at your home that you contact Kerns for a quote. You will not be disappointed!

Scheduled 10 days ago to be at my house between 7 and 8 this morning. Thanked me for being reasonable about scheduling AFTER the new year..

Didn't call til nearly 7:30 this morning to say ""... 12 people called out sick ... you'll need to be rescheduled ... we only have 3 plumbers today ... "".

If 12 of your 15 plumbers care so little about your company and customers that they don't even worry about losing their jobs for calling out sick the day after New Year's ... WOW do you have problems!

And I'm not so sure I ""need"" to be rescheduled ... the company has given me no reason to want to work with them in future. They've proven unreliable, and were largely unapologetic until it became clear I wouldn't just roll over.

Things happen ... how you handle them makes a difference. This was an embarassing clusterfoodle for a company with such a previously good reputation.

More than 100% satisfied with the work Jonathon and crew did to install a new gas line in my home. I contacted quite a few providers for estimates and theirs was very fair even while they were the only ones to give me a very high degree of confidence that they were competent and knew what they were doing. Jonathon even discovered a couple of related issues that I was not aware of and not mentioned in my initial request for a quote but he went ahead and took care of them for me while him and crew were on site. Very prompt and responsive throughout the process and Sara is a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent work and service. Jonathan's crew ran a new gas line to our kitchen for a new range/oven. They were on time, worked hard and did a great job. They do honest work and are priced well. I will definitely recommend them to friends and call them the next time I need something done.

Johnathon and his team are absolutely delightful to work with. I smelled gas in my kitchen cabinets, and was very concerned since have a gas stove. I called the City of Mesa, Gas Company division, I guess that is the right term. they came out and had to shut our gas off until the problem was detected. Kerns Plumbing was the recommended plumber, so we called them. The owner, Johnathon, offered to come out that very day, after his last scheduled appointment, which was after normal work hours. I told him we'd wait until the morning so he could go home after a long work day. He came over the next morning and was extremely helpful, and efficient at finding the root of our gas problem. He was very professional, and it didn't take long for us to determine that he knows what he's doing. He doesn't waste a lot of time talking about what he knows, he Just does his work, and you are confident, right away, that he knows his stuff. My husband and I are both very impressed with his work, and we also liked and appreciated his obvious work ethic and knowledge of his craft. We highly recommend Kerns Plumbing.
