Had a problem with our plumbing at our vacation home. Didn't know who to call, so I looked up plumbers on yelp, that's where we came across Larry owner of Kern Valley Plumbing. It was a Saturday morning when we called and he answered right away. He told us he would come in 45 min. He was on time and fixed the problem right away. Very nice and professional. Will be calling again if needed.

I called Larry because of a sewage backup problem. He said he could be there within 45 min. if needed. I told him he didn't need to hurry, so he said about an hour and half then.

About an hour in, he called and said it would be about an hour before he could get there. I really appreciated him keeping me informed of his 30 minute delay. That's good customer service, which is very hard to come by in this day and age.

When he got there he diagnosed the problem immediately, and was out of there in less than an hour at a very fair price. I have two rental homes in the area and will always use him in the future.
