They came out to fix a blunder (free) but all the sudden a bunch of stuff was wrong. chagrining me $350when talking to my cousin, a HVAC in Florida. he said it was BS, it was superficial and all I had to do is clean it. also apart of the call was to reconstruct my sink pipes.they just stuck the same parts together (not very well) and charged $250 for that. so I'm out $600 for BS. I have learn my lesson. Be careful when calling, know something about what they are fixing.

Their service is prompt and very good, their technicians/staff are polite and courteous. However, they charged me $170 for a $20 part. I went out on repairclinic.com and called a local supply store and the exact part is only $20. I certainly would have expected a mark-up but over 650%, that is excessive. They were at my house for 20 mins. and it cost me $250. Ouch!

Cannot say enough about this fantastic company! Their response was quick and our furnace repair was right on target. The office kept us apprised of the technician's arrival time. Technician, David, was outstanding. He was patient with our questions and had such a professional demeanor. We love that the business is long standing, and locally owned. Upon receiving such excellent service we decided to quit a long relationship with a larger area company. That company was no match for the customer service, expertise, and prices offered by KERN HEATING, COOLING AND PLUMBING.
