We recently had Kerlin over to fix an issue with our irrigation system. The did a good job of fixing that issue. Since they also do landscape lighting and maintenance and were going to be here anyway, I asked them to give us a quote on fixing it. While their web site offered free estimates, we were charged for that quote. We never received a quote from them, even with several calls asking about it.
