I have called for the past 2 weeks and have never received a return call. I had used them before...I guess before the new owner took over...and was pleased, but never again! There is a pleasant message on their voicemail by Chrissy who promises to return calls....but never does. They've lost another customer!

I would give no stars if I could!

Not pleased with the service. My plumbing issue seemed like it was a hassle, yet they charged for 4 hours. Very basic problem. Next time I will call another.

Kephart was a fine, established business in Coronado that we used many, many times over the years. But the owner retired and a new group has taken over. The plumbing work was promptly finished and done well, but the office girl Christy was very nasty and left an awful message about a simple misunderstanding of about $2.00. She upset an elderly man with her outrageous message on his answering machine. He was so upset and confused by it, that he promptly called the family members and two neighbors to listen to the message. Terrible business practices. There are other plumbers in Coronado. And yes, of course, I plan to play Christy's voice message for the owner!
