I had a leak in the main water line coming to the house from the street, they gave me a great estimate on a total replacing of the line with a new valve and permitting, they were ready to start the next day and had the digging done, new line in and hooked up in one day! City inspector signed off in about 2 minutes and backfilling was completed after. All work was done in less than 3 days and for a very fair price. Payment was by email, communication was prompt and I felt like I was their most important customer the whole time. Very professional.

We needed to have a garbage disposal replaced at my friends place in Oxnard (long story short, I have a two year old). I called that afternoon, Scott was at her place an hour later. It took less than an hour to complete the work. Professional, polite and clean. Scott explained everything about the new garbage disposal and tested everything to make sure it worked correctly before leaving. I'm sure I'll be calling Kenz Plumbing for my future plumbing needs! Pros: Kenz was the 2nd least expensive of four bids for a complete residential gas repipe. They were prompt, responsive and courteous. They got the whole job done in 2 days. Inspection passed and everything works. Cons: Man did they leave a mess! But on the other hand..
The representatives from the company presenting the most expensive bid had donned disposable booties before entering the house--implying they would be meticulously clean. Their bid was 3x Kenz. All said, I would probably use Kenz again.

Garbage Disposal went out (leaking bottom) right before work. My preferred plumber was out of town, but referred me to Kenz. (Point 1 - One plumber referring another).

Called them and described the problem, and that I had another disposal already that needed to be installed, but the dual sink drain piping needed to be corrected to fit the larger disposal. They called back in an hour or so and the tech (Scott) was on his way.

Scott arrived and got it done. My wife who was at home when Scott arrived commented on how 'cool' he was. (Point 2 - Good people)

Job was done in under $200. (Point 3 - Fair price and didn't hold me (or the wife) for a small ransom.

They've moved up the callback list. I won't hesitate to call them again.

I called Kenz to have an icemaker line run to my refrigerator. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate, and was able to squeeze me in the same day when his crew was done early at another job. The crew (Milo and Paco, I think) were fantastic. They were really nice and did a great job!

I was working in a kitchen in Oxnard recently and noticed a leak in the fridge line. Not being from the area, I searched online for the nearest plumbers. 2 didn't answer their phones, and one straight-up told me, ""it's not worth it"". I'm in the construction field myself, and unfortunately deal with flakes all the time. I had pretty low expectations by the time I called Kenz, but man, they blew those clowns out of the water. The plumber (Steve, I believe) was over in 5 minutes and fixed the problem in another 5. Very professional, very polite, no hassles and a reasonable rate. If I lived in their service area, I wouldn't hesitate twice to call them for a plumbing problem. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Good plumbers, like good mechanics need to be recognized.
