I did some business with KCC they installed 2 brand new HVAC units in my building (industrial size 10 tons). I paid them exactly how much they asked for around $30,000. They offered Warranty for ""everything""-parts, motor including Thermostats which were installed Brand New. I called them for a glitch in the functioning of the thermostat. They come very promptly and they billed me saying that it's not a problem with the thermostat but with the programing so I have to pay full price for the service call. I explained them that the actual Thermostat has a problem but they wouldn't listen.
When I called them back for the second time to do the maintenance for the HVAC units (filter replacement) basic check up of the belts and motor, they told me that my account has been put on hold because I paid only half of the price that I have to pay for a call. I didn't argue with them I tried to explain what happened, but They wouldn't listen to me.
I would never do business with the company that don't honor their Warranty and I advice anyone to be very careful when you are doing business with KCC in Louisville,KY
