every one is saying stuff about high pricing, well he has to pay his workers he has to put food on the table he hased to pay his bills. hes just like yall and the one review talking about how he insulted you no he didnt. i heard the whole phone call buddy. hes just like everyone else around here. and plus his bussiness just got blown away and he has to pay for all that and yeah he got his insurance stuff but geuss what he had to get tools people were stealing what was left of the tools and looting everything and he lost all his trucks he had to buy all that and geuss what he still has to pay for alot of things... so before you make a rude comment or a bad reveiw remember hes hman to and he has a family to care for.

I hired price plumbing to check 2 com modes in my
Home ,and repair a sink trap in a bathroom sink.
They did the work well enough,and didn't leave a
mess.The work required just under 2 hours to
complete, and I was pleased,until I was handed a
bill for 500$.Parts were less than 70$,so labor was
around 215$ an hour.!!! I know plummer are high,
but this is insane.I will give them 2stars because
the Plummer did excellent work, but I will not use
them again.

We hired this plumber after a water heater leak and us deciding to relocate the leak. Upon speaking we were quoted a relative price that was fair then upon inspection quoted another price range which though higher than expected was okay. After standing there for a bit that range was raised yet again to a MUCH higher price range from $2000-$3500 to make sure they ""covered their a$$"" so the man said. After stating that it should not reach that price though, thus we moved on with the work with the intention of paying for services, but not expecting to pay the full as we were toms we shouldn't pay quite that much from the plumber. After two days of work we get a bill for $3500 the day of expected up front which we were not informed that it wouldn't come in the mail like 99% of all other businesses. After relocating the washer they did not hook it back up making me curious to if the lines were checked for any leaks and such that could cause potential damage down the road. Upon further inspection their trash but left it sitting in our garage for us to dispose of. We have been informed by MANY reputable plumbers that this practice was not only extremely unprofessional but was gouged and too high. We neither use nor recommend this business to anyone under any circumstance. We chose this plumbing service after recommendations of how ""fair"" and professional they are however there was no feeling of that on our end. They were one of the few recommended that could get out and hook water back up for us within the week.
Although we expected a bigger bill because we are FULLY aware we were paying for services that are licensed and specific the work we needed the unprofessional nature of leaving trash, the price change several times, and not even hooking the washer up where it went the distaste I'm out mouths for KPrice plumbing is substantial!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company. If I could, I would give them a negative rating. Terrible service, extremely high prices. I was insulted and talked down upon when dealing with them.

I asked them to fix a leaking outdoor faucet. They came right away and dug a big hole in my front yard. After that, they simply disappeared. I called them to find out what happened and they told me they need to mark utility lines before fixing the faucet. The utility lines were marked within a day or two. They didn't show up for approximately 2 weeks. I called them 2 or 3 times to find out why they were not fixing it. Some people who answered the call were rude. One person didn't say hello or goodbye - just hung up the phone on me. I don't know whether they are rude to everybody on the phone or only to those who have an accent. After some calls, they came by and fixed the leak (I hope so, I still need to confirm this). They made a huge mess out of my front yard. The faucet itself was not straight. When I called Kent to express my concerns, he started talking down on me saying that I didn't understand anything about plumbing (which is true and that's why I hired him), that this is how it's supposed to be, and that my piping was not straight in the first place and that's why the faucet is not straight (I don't think this is true as the previous faucet was straight). I told him that I feel very upset with the quality of job done and I wanted the dirt to be smothered out and the faucet to be straight. He kept insulting me calling me ""ridiculous"" and saying that he did a big favor to me by coming over to fix the faucet. He said that he would fix the faucet position, but he didn't have time to do this immediately. He also insisted that I pay over the phone right away. I was really shocked to find out the price - $1,500!!! He told me that he actually gave me a good deal because they were two weeks late. Otherwise, the price would be $1,800. I'm attaching the photos so that you can decide whether the job was ""well done"" or not.

I admit that I don't understand much about plumbing and I don't know how it's supposed to be done. I told Kent that as a client I had the right to express my concerns. At some point he told me ""to get a shovel and do everything myself"".

I felt not only dissatisfied, but also insulted and somewhat ""robbed"" after dealing with this company. Kent also told me that he didn't care what kind of reviews I would leave for them. He said he was all booked up anyway. As you can see from other reviews, I'm not the only person extremely dissatisfied with their service.

I'm not the customer. I'm a neighbor. After fixing the problem, the company refused to pack down the dirt. It blocks the driveway.

Ken is prompt and on time when he says he will be there. He does good work in minimum time and takes the effort to make sure that the job is done correctly. The toilet which was running all of the time was fixed plus he leveled out the toilet something that others did not do. It no longer leaks and I am getting ready to call him again to fix my faucet in the bathtub. I have highly recommended him to others if they want someone who comes on time and does the work completely and competently.
