This company is very dishonest. They need to be reported to the BBB.
They took advantage of my being in a bad situation and charged me an astronomical amount of money for a service that was still covered under the warranty.
They did this by recommending services that were not need or required and that didn't fix the problem. I had a problem that only Southern California Gas could fix.
They quoted issues and problems that were NOT what was wrong with my water heater and replaced very expensive parts that did not need to be replaced.
To make matters worse, they replaced parts that were covered under my warranty but charged me anyway because it was an emergency call.

Again, there was nothing wrong with the parts they replaced. Therefore, the work they did, didn't fix the problem. So CA Gas fixed the problem. Do NOT trust this company!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner of this business quotes a number and then upcharges anywhere he can. No estimate was produced for me to sign. He charged us $100 to go pick up a part, that was local (Isn't that part of their job?) He is completely dishonest and is a scammer. If you want someone that will do anything to get your money, then go here.

My 75 gallon water heater started leaking just before I was going to go to bed. Next morning
i checked with Home Depot whose same day install service sounded good but didn't work out as they use contractors. Contractor did not call me. So I inquired around and was told to give Kent a call. I did and within 30 minutes one of his guys showed up to look at the problem. Got a fair price and gave the approval. Gentleman went to get the replacement heater and returned about an hour later. Started work and finished up the replacement in about 3 hours. The workmanship is very good. I am very pleased and recommend Kent Plumbing.

I like Mr Kent , I have not met him personally and called him to repair our water heater 2 years ago
at our Temecula home being rented , he gave me a good estimate and came out to do the job .
He just recently fixed one of the bathroom tanks , last week or so .
For me who lives in Minneapolis Mn / and Lawrence Ks we are so thankful that I randomly found his name in the Internet and just the sound of his voice , he is very honest , very dependable and so knowledgeable , straight forward man . I kept his number as I know I can call him for help .

Rude and very bad on the driving. Went through a yellow light and one of the drivers violently honked coming the other way. This guy looked like he was very threatening and about to get physically violent as well. Scary guy! Again as I said went through a clear yellow light. Wish I could give you the drivers name.
