Great Service and Excellent Communication. Ken needed to find a part and then have one of his crew install it. We got several phone calls and text messages letting us know the options, the prices, how long it would take to get the part, and when it could be installed. The part was available faster, and the installation was sooner than we expected. And, we always were kept informed about the timetable.

I've had some misfires when it came to plumbers...but Ken's Sewer is hands down the best!!! They always do excellent work and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them!!!

Not a good experience and would not recommend anyone using this company. I'll make this brief. I hired them to figure out what was wrong with my sink, then came out and after a half an hour they told me they didn't know what was wrong and had to leave. I asked for more of an explanation and they said my pipes were possibly frozen, but to know for sure it would be another 600 bucks. I was then asked to pay for the service. I requested a discount or some sort of credit since they didn't do anything. The plumber then left before it was resolved and I was on the phone with the owner. I received a phone call from someone later that day, (after I called another plumber to come out and he told me to simply have everyone turn the heat up high to see if the pipes were frozen and we figured out my deceased neighbors pipes were frozen and not mine.) Ken's demanded payment and threatened to bring me to court when I pushed back for the lack of service/help I received. My neighbors estate is paying the bill, but has to wait two weeks before mailing payment out. Ken told me they couldn't wait two weeks for payment and since then I have received several rude emails and phone calls threatening me for payment. Extremely unprofessional and disgusted with this company. He even threatened to put a lien on me if payment wasn't made, despite explaining the situation and telling them the payment was on it's way. Highly would not recommend using this company unless.

Called to get a clog clean on the main drain pipe. Was quoted $179 + $99 per every hour after. Received a phone call that Spencer will be here at 11:30 am, nope he was late and didn't call. After finding the source, my husband help move a wall and water softener so he can work and he unclog the problem after 40 min. Water was draining without any problem BUT NO he decided to move onto the main pipe to check if its clog WITHOUT confirming with my husband and I (the house owners). Came downstairs and he already started on the 2nd pipe. Wasted another 30 min., walking around my furnace room asking my husband about other pipes not related and had an 10 min talk about our water softener. When i asked about my bill, he charged me 2 x$175 setup fee for two pipes + discount = $300. Told him that was not what I was quoted. I had to call his company and spoke to Ken to clarify the break down of the bill and I DONT appreciated Spencer raising his voice at me nor his attitude. Ken confirm that the price was not right, he gave me the breakdown and quote that WE should be happy that they came out and get the job done. He even compare that they have better prices then other places. Ken stated the bill at $262.50 with no discount. They will send a different guy next time. Ended our called because he had another call to take. Spencer quoted that he wasted 20 min just to talk to me and that I was just talking in circles. Very rude customer service form both Spencer and Ken, Spencer raised his voice at me and very unprofessional. Their online coupon 10% off for first time customer is FAKE and didn't apply to my bill. I would rather pay a high price for better service next time. Decided to go with them just because they were available same day.

I wish there was a negative star rating. Charged $180 to relight the pilot light on my hot water heater. When I asked how it could be so expensive he said I was also paying for his gas and car maintenance. What? And yes, they do take credit cards, for an additional 3%. Last I heard, this is not legal.

I have used Ken's Sewer Service for over a decade now. For a less than glamorous business, his guys always take care of me, and fast - often within hours. Dan is great to deal with, and always follows up as well. They are stellar!

Needing a new water heater I called Ken plumbing. However, my name (without permission) was given to a third party plumber who completed the job instead. Although claiming overwork, Ken's plumbing demanded a referral fee from the third party plumber but denied this practice when I called them twice and have not responded since. Summary: Find a more honest plumber who won't have an incentive to increase your bill because of ""kickbacks"" or breach privacy laws.
