Ken's plumbing was a life saver! They got the job done quick and they were very reasonably priced. They didn't mess around with trying to sell me on anything but what I asked for which was hooking up a new sink and faucet in an old house. I started out with a quote from MSP plumbing and quickly learned that they were not honest! Stay away from MSP! Ken's plumbing answered my call and made plans to come the same day. We did have a hiccup with coordinating when they were coming but they made up for it with honesty, good work and I was happy with what I paid for the service! I will use them again!

Don't do it, just don't. Ken was simply not too bright. After telling me he couldn't get parts on a Saturday, he called 20 minutes later to say he was sending someone out. I waited 4 hours and when it was apparent no one was coming, I called Ken back. He had called the wrong client to say he was sending someone and had me confused with a group home they had on the schedule. I could have had my shower fixed that day if I hadn't wasted a day waiting around for this guy who never showed. I would NOT recommend Ken's in any way.

I've used them 3 times now. They have been available in an emergency and when I needed to schedule some work for a later date. They are always professional and ontime. The prices are reasonable and they clean up after themselves. Wow.

Came home from two months out of the house - turned water back on - nothing. As we had just got in from a 9hr flight we needed functional toilets!!!Called Ken and he tried to help over the phone, then asked me to send photos of valves and pipes. As we couldn't solve over the phone he agreed to send someone out. This was a SATURDAY NIGHT AT 7.30pm. A splendid guy called Aaron arrived by 9pm and was able release a stuck valve and get water back on. As it did not take too long he even gave me a good deal compared to the price quoted. Thank you Ken and Aaron. You will be my first port of call for all future plumbing jobs!

I woke up to no water flowing from my pipes for the first time in owning my house in 8 years. I had frozen from the polar vortex of early January, 2014. I called several plumbers and left several messages. Ken's son Danny called back right away and was able to come over with Ken. They plugged-in a machine that looked like a car battery on steroids. They put one clamp next to the water heater and another next to a sink that had no water and turned it on. It shot electricity through the copper piping for 30-45 minutes. Slowly but surely drips starting coming out of the sink. Finally the ice melted and you could hear the water flowing. It wasn't long before every faucet was working. This was such a better solution than having someone get into the walls to ""fix"" the problem before a pipe burst. I was so fortunate to have been recommended to these guys. I would highly recommend them.

They were prompt, courteous, professional and even funny. They saved me a lot of time and grief. If you have frozen pipes, call these guys.

If you every find yourself with a clogged drain emergency, give Ken's Sewer Service a call. My landlord's normal plumber could not come until Monday and there was no way we could wait until then to get our kitchen sink drain unclogged. I called Ken's and within an hour our drain was fixed. In addition to their fast service, they were incredibly friendly and reasonably priced. I was very impressed and will call them again.

I had a need for a plumber, and came to Yelp for help. I chose Ken's based on other reviews, and I was not disappointed. I located the website and put in my information and problem at 10:30 on a Wednesday night, and received a call about 15 minutes later from someone who had received my online request form. The person I spoke with (he never identified himself) walked me through my options, and scheduled service for the next morning. He called when he said he would to check in, and sent someone over within an hour. The guy he sent was courteous, took off his shoes before entering my home (big plus!) and reviewed with me what *might* have to happen. Turned out to be an easy fix, which I was thankful for. The same person I spoke with the evening before followed up with me about an hour after the service appointment was complete, to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely call Ken's again in the future, should the need arise!
