Woke Sunday morning to a cracked water main. Ken was here in less than 1 hour from my call to him. Fixed the issue quickly, we'll be back up and running as soon as all the joint sealants dry. Friendly, funny and will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.

I should have gotten a price first. Way expensive. And he used a water soluable lubricant on a bathroom sink value. Still stinky and yuck tasting water and it's been a few weeks.

Ken has come out to our house several times. Once to fix a clogged toilet and the other to fix a water heater. He's communicative, prompt, and super nice. He also deals well with our house's older plumbing so he helped us find fixes rather than replacing the whole thing. Can't recommend him enough

Gosh, but Ken's Plumbing is great, as is the owner behind the business. He was the only one who answered 'live' on a Saturday afternoon, and responded to an emergency situation that we'd been dealing with -- involving a number of different parties -- for some time. He worked very hard and meticulously, taking his time, testing, trying a number of different approaches, and diligently trying to troubleshoot and fix the problem. He's true to his word, does what he says he'll do, and is trustworthy. Even my neighbor asked for Ken's contact info for HIS future plumbing needs. About three years ago Ken came out and replaced my failing water heater. It worked ok for about 2 1/2 years and then failed. I contacted another plumbing service. Their plumber looked at it and told me that it couldn't possibly be only 2 1/2 years; in fact the date on it showed it was 10 years old! And, it was improperly installed and didn't meet the code requirements! If I could do a review with no stars here, I would!
