Ken was highly recommended by another mom in the area. So glad i took a chance and called Ken. He was very honest, knowledgeable and efficient. He installed a new insinkerator, helped out with some clogged sinks and issues with our toilets not flushing, all in lightning fast time! We've had some pretty bad luck with other plumbers either not knowing what they're doing or overcharging for the simplest of tasks. Ken will definitely be our go to guy from now on!

So glad to reconnect with Ken. He used to do work at my house when he was with Jim's Plumbing but then Jim sold the company and I lost track of Ken. Ken is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. This time we had a couple of annoying little plumbing issues and Ken understood completely, explained what he thought was going on, and fixed them. He was very professional, called when he thought he was going to be a little late, wore a mask, and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Ken!

We first met Ken when he was at Jim's Pasadena Plumbing. After Jim retired, we've exclusively had Ken take care of all our plumbing issues, and there have been several. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Our home has a lot of high end fixtures from a company no longer in business and Ken has spent a lot of time looking for suitable replacements. I don't think many other plumbers would do that. I'll also add that Ken is reliable and very fair.

He not only cleaned out and addressed the problem but found the source -- roots in the pipe system -- and was able to speak to a long-term plan. Ken is an amazing plumber and generous man! Ken has been to our house many times, mostly for small jobs, but recently had to try to fix a very old shower fixture that was stripped. He took apart the entire disintegrating mechanism, went under our house several times and then ended up finding a way to cap the pipe since we are planning to remodel that bathroom in the near future. He spent three hours here (until 8 pm), charged us so little and cleaned up every speck of dust and drop of water. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Ken took care of my elderly in-laws plumbing problem, and was fantastic. He climbed in a small crawlspace between the ceiling and roof, fixed the leak and cleaned up after himself. They don't even live in an area he normally services, but he went because they are old and had an emergency and could not find anyone else to help them! And he charged them a very reasonable price for the work! I am so grateful!!

If you use Ken once, he'll be your plumber for life! As the other reviewers have said, Ken worked at Jim's Pasadena Plumbing and started his own company after Jim sold his business. (Don't use the new owners - they are terrible!) Ken is fabulous! He is knowledgable, experienced, neat, honest, and reasonably priced. I know nothing about plumbing and have been taken advantage of in the past, so it is a relief to have a plumber who takes good care of my home's plumbing and is clear about what needs to be done AND what doesn't need to be done. In addition to my using him personally, our condominium HOA has used him for larger jobs, as well. He is great!

Ken is the best! We used Jim's Pasadena Plumbing in the past, which was outstanding, until Jim retired and sold his company. Once it was sold, the service became absolutely AWFUL. Ken used to be at Jim's before the sale, and now has created his own company. He is honest, professional, and an absolute expert. Couldn't recommend more highly!
