Kenny Adams arrived in a timely manner for our first appointment and was able to repair the A/C unit. A few weeks later we had a different issue and he came out that same day only to inform us that the whole unit needed replacing. The new A/C unit needed to be ordered along with a whole Home Air Purification system. We waited on a part, but Mr. Adam's delivered and installed the new A/C and purification system. in a few hours. We are completely please with the quality of product and service. We highly recommend Kenny Adams Heating and Cooling! Kathie S.

Another plumbing company botched a sump pump back up install, in 3 trips back it still wasn't done right. Ernie @ Ken Adams Mechanical redid the job correctly and efficiently. On a side note, the owner of the company basically talked me out of replacing my 18 year old HVAC system even though I called them to give me a quote for a replacement. Another HVAC company doing ""maintenance"" told me it could fail at any time. How's that for honesty.

I am very pleased with the quality of the work done in my home by Ken Adams Mechanical. Ken Adams Mechanical has performed the annual maintenance checks on our heating and air condition systems for the past four years. Recently, Ernie installed a water-powered backup sump pump in our basement. The backup sump pump provides added peace of mind, and extra pumping ability in case of unusually heavy rains.

I have found Ken Adams Mechanical easy to work with for scheduling. Their service has been reliable and high-quality.

The absolute worst service. First visit we leave the garage and basement doors unlocked for the ""technicians"". We come home to find both doors wide open, pets outside wandering. We try not to be nasty, just let the owner Ken know what had happened. ""Clearly your house was broken into"" he says. Right, nothing taken, nothing out of place and they just happened to use the same doors we left unlocked for your guys. Second visit, shame on me. ""Technician arrives to move ETS unit after re-modeling. There all day long, can't get the unit to work and writes a totally bogus repair bill. When I call and speak to Ken, again he's totally defensive and says it had to be wired differently. "" You guys were the ones who wired it in to begin with"" I said. Ken gets bent out of shape easily and loses his cool. NOT professional, NOT accommodating and down right rude. If I ran my business like he runs his, I wouldn't have a business. When I go into the attic,the wires to the ETS unit are still there, they never hooked them up at all! And then recommended that we buy a whole new unit! That's right, if you can't think around it just replace it. NO THANKS KEN! But thanks for reminding me that you have to be cautious when hiring someone to do a job.

Be careful when scheduling appointments with this company. I had to take half day off work for the 3 hour commute to my cabin to meet with their tech (2 PM was their latest time slot). On my way, I received a call that they would need to reschedule. It seems another job came up where they could make more money (they called it an emergency, but it was replacing a water heater). Not very professional.
