I received a quote from another company for replacing heat tape on outside water line. Kenosha Plumbing, not only was able to schedule within a week but at a very reasonable price. The gentleman was very polite, professional and completed job quickly. The final cost was more than 50% cheaper than original company. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Wow, honestly can't say enough good things about our experience with the team at Kenosha Plumbing! What started as an issue with a shower handle falling off on a Friday exposed quite the headache. It turned out that that the shower handle stem had been cracked at some point before we moved in, thus the handle not being able to be secured. We called over to them at 330 Friday afternoon and Katie from the company swooped in a saved the day big time! She had us take some pictures to diagnose what they would need and then sent over a team of two twenty minutes later. We had our parents flying in on Monday so it was a real life saver getting the guest shower fixed before they got here. Dylan and Christian showed up, very pleasant and professional, and informed us they were going to have to cut a hole in the wall to access the pipes but needed time to do the install. Katie once again prioritized us and got them back out on Monday morning to get the job done. They even called to see if they could come early! We had Dylan, Christian and Rick and they got the whole thing done, all new pieces installed and our shower accents installed in under two hours. Thanks so much to this team for saving the day! Will definitely use again and 100% recommend.

Horrible experience! The plumber came out twice for a bathtub leak and left it in worse condition then when he started. The cold side still leaked and when he left the hot side had issues as well, which it never did before. The very first time I used the water it leaked and wouldn't stop. The office was snippy to me when I couldn't make last minute time changes work for me as well. Over $300 and two months of time and it's in worse shape then when the started. Would never use them again. They would not send anyone out to try and fix what the caused.

Kenosha is fantastic! Too many great things to say about them - our water heater went out on Thursday evening and we were scheduled for a replacement the very next day! Katie, in the head office is amazing and wonderful to work with! When the guys came, they were extremely professional and were in and out before you knew it. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Wow, absolutely wow! Called after hours on Thurs about a broken tub faucet. Received a callback with 15 mins to find out if I needed emergency service tonight. Wasn't an emergency so he told me the scheduler would call to set up an appt. Less than 10 minutes later I received another call and appointment for the next day! The technician showed up at 7:50am and got right work. Fixed my faucet and cleaned up and was out by 8:30am! So impressed. They were my first call based on review and I was not disappointed. Saving them as a contact as my preferred plumber! Thank you.
