Kept me waiting for an entire afternoon after I confirmed the appointment that morning. Never showed up..

Called on a recommendation from a trusted neighbor and I wish I would have gone with someone else. We were given an hourly rate that they charge and expected to pay that, plus parts. Two guys showed up, looked at what needed to be fixed (5 min) then proceeded to tell us they needed to go get the parts. They were gone for an hour (even though there is a hardware store literally at the end of our street). When they finally came back, it took them 15 min to change out 2 outside faucets. When he showed us what we owed, they charged us for 2 hours worth of work. The guy refused to change the amount, knowing they were gone for an hour and only at our house for a total of 20 min. We called the office and the lady's response was "well we start charging you once they leave the office until they return". When we questioned why we weren't told that in the beginning, she just kept saying that's their policy and avoiding my questions. We explained that they guys weren't even here a full hour and were actually gone for an hour "getting parts", but refused to show us a receipt of where they purchased the parts. When we asked why they needed to leave for parts, when they knew exactly what they were fixing when we called, she said "they don't carry parts on the truck". When I asked, again, why we were not informed of this when we called initially, she continued to tell me "that's our policy". I've asked for the policy in writing and to speak to the owner, Kenny, and have called multiple times. I have yet to receive a callback from Kenny or Mark. The neighbor who initially suggested them said he had never been charged that way and had never been told that they charge like that. Kenny's plumbing is shady and not ethically run. Do not do business with them, as you will be overcharged and underserved.
Update: After a week of calling multiple times for the owner, I finally received a call from Kenny. After I expressed my concern and frustration with how he conducted business with us and the fact that we were never informed of how they ACTUALLY charge their customers, he all but called me a liar, yelled at me, continually talked over me when I would try to speak and finally, at the end of the conversation, said "you keep telling me the same thing, what do you want from me?". I told him he needed to make it right and the only way to do that was to refund me for the hour of "labor" he charged when his plumber was out "buying parts". He laughed and said "I ain't refunding you shit" and when I made him clarify that he was refusing to make it right and own up to the mistake HIS office staff made, I told him that my credit card company would be in contact. At this point, he became irate, screaming about suing me for theft of service and a slew of other things, then hung up on me. I reiterate, doing business with someone like this can only lead to trouble. I'm now adding security cameras to different parts of the outside of my home because I don't trust that even in a gated community that he won't vandalize my home.

The guys from Kenny's were just awesome. I called them today after having a horrible experience with another company. These guys showed up within a few hours and got right to work fixing my leak. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'll definitely be calling them for future jobs. A+ work.

Came out for request to replace my 2 water heaters. Never got a written estimate. I prompted for callback weeks later, and eventually got something. Estimate was 40% higher than others for same requested work.
Can't comment on their installation work because I didn't end up using them

I couldn't be at home and had a water leak coming into the garage. I gave them the garage code so they could access the leak. They came really quickly and had the leak fixed in no time, and kept me informed by phone every step of the way. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Kenny's Plumbing has saved us lots of trouble many a times. I learned about them by working in property management and now they are my family's first call for plumbing issues on our own home. They are timely, knowledgable, and honest. I wouldn't mind a lower service charge, but I'll pay it to know I'm calling someone who can fix the issue promptly.

Be warned. This company is crooked. Plumber showed up at 10 am left at 11:15 but invoice Kenny sent showed them arriving at 8:15 and leaving at 4 pm. There were 4 separate invoices all with significant time discrepancies. These added up to about $4000.
When confronted about this they say they have GPS trackers on there service vans to confirm their billable time and that I was wrong on time.
Confirmed there arrival time with video surveillance. Had to have attorney to resolve the matter. Most importantly, they never fixed the problem nor did what they said.
BEWARE!!!! CROOKED...CROOKED.

Called about a water softener problem. The person on the phone made an appointment to have it looked at the next day. I get a phone call that day and was told they don't work on water softeners. I don't have a problem with someone making a mistake. However, If you are going to recommend someone to call, next time make sure they are in business and have a good reputation. You recommend a company with phone number that is disconnected and is no longer in business.

Needed to have a pressure regulator valve repaired. They quoted $600 to $700 to repair it. Said they'd come when the weather improved (was raining when I called them). I trimmed my hedges so they could have easier access. They came a day it rained, cut and destroyed my hedges (I wish I could attach a picture so you could see the damage), and threw huge clumps of mud in my yard (mind you this valve is in a flowerbed where dirt could have easily been moved around and where it can be accessed without difficulty). When finished they wiped their muddy feet on my curb smearing large chunks of mud. Then I received a bill for $200 more than the quoted price. Called for explanation, they threw out they had to "dig deeper". I call BS as I had accessed the box and the valve myself before calling them.
I would not recommend them. I won't use them again.
(Just so you know, I'm pretty easy to please. This is my first Yelp review because this company really ticks me off.)

Kenny's plumbing has done a great job for us at reasonable prices. when one company wanted to put in a $9,000 'sleeve', Kenny's came out, diagnosed what needed to be repaired, my husband dug down to the pipe to save us money and Kenny's replaced it. a true spirit of cooperation.
