Kennyman and his associate did an excellent job painting the interior of our condo. The price and the quality of their work was great! I highly recommend Kennyman for interior painting and appliance installation. We will certainly be contacting him for future projects.

Tell It Like It Is ..

They overcharge compared to other contractor rates in the end... if the project changes (work reduced to half) they won't fairly adjust price. I would've been repeat customer if they had better business practices in that regard.

Very disappointed. Had Kenny come replace some electrical outlets which took him an hour and a half to complete. Was never given an estimate or given an hourly rate. He finished the project while I was at work and then charged my wife $370 dollars for the work. Parts he said were $100, so that means we paid $270 for an hour and a half of light electrical work-not cool. I hope the extra money he got from us was worth any future business.

We moved into our new apartment and Kenny handled all of the following: bathroom lighting, under cabinet lighting, installed gas range hood, fixed cabinet doors and sliding bedroom closet doors, hung up sconces, did electrical work - changed outlets, switches, installed fire/smoke alarms, fixed the toilet, installed bathroom sink and faucet and shower head. He's professional, very friendly and on-time. We will be doing business with Kenny for the long haul!

Called last minute, needed ceiling speakers installed in drop ceiling as well as one exterior...

Called around and left messages at a bunch, spoke to a bunch of other gentlemen, none could accommodate nor be reasonably priced...except Kenny.

He called back about twenty minutes later, said he could make arrangements for later, we negotiated a price and he and his helper did the job well. Was clean, tiles had no prints or dirt on them....

If I am in need of other handyman service/low voltage, I'm called this guy!

Several months ago I had called Kennyman to install a new an electric range in a Visitation Valley house. He showed up on time and did a very professional job with installing the new electric range. He's a very nice person and does professional work. You should use him for your handyman needs.
