Our project included replacement of a bathroom vanity including its broken P-trap, replacement of a corroded bathtub drain, and replacement of an ancient faucet at the washing machine hook-up. Our regular contractor/handyman had retired, so we needed someone new.

After a few false starts, I contacted Kennyman the Handyman. I spoke with Neysa, the cordial and accommodating office manager. I described my project and sent photos by email. Because it was difficult to accurately gauge the scope of work, Kenny needed to come over to the house and check things out. Arriving on-time, Kenny slipped on plastic shoe covers and wore a mask. We looked at the three locations of work inside the house. I received an estimate within a few days. The price was very reasonable.

The work was scheduled and completed ahead of schedule. Alberto, the main worker, did a great job, checking in with Kenny as needed. Kenny showed up in-person at strategic times, bringing parts and doing fine-tuning. The replacement parts were a perfect fit and excellent quality. Although the bathtub drain color did not match the other fixtures, it was fine with me, because I knew that the original fixture color is impossible to find on the shelf these days, nor did I want to wait for a special-order. It's been over two weeks now; I continue to be 100% satisfied with our new vanity, drain and fixtures.

Having worked in the residential construction field for over 30 years, I feel qualified to judge a work crew's ability to do a good job. Successful projects proceed with efficiency and expertise, but more importantly, with courtesy and mutual respect. Kennyman fulfilled all of my hopes and expectations.

I will definitely return to Kenny for my next small project and I will be recommending Kenny to my friends and family.

Such an excellent experience with Kennyman the Handyman. They responded to my request quickly, got me a quote that day, and were able to schedule with me within a few days. The person who came to do the work was polite, careful, and competent. He removed my satellite dish and hauled the dish away all for a great price. I will definitely use them again. A Co-worker of Kennyman had hung a Sun Shade that I was not totally happy with the installation.
Kenny came over looked at it and then proceeded to make it look 100% better.
Kenny has a good eye of what a finished project should look like.

Great experience working with Kenny and the rest of the crew and Neysa. Communication with Kenny and Neysa far surpasses any other contractor/handyman I've dealt with. I will definitely be using them again.
Work they did for us in our small apartment complex was: replace fan, trim work, replace door lock, install new vanity and bathroom flooring, install new kitchen cabinets and flooring, repair/patch ceiling and paint, replace 2 old Victorian front door tempered window/glass.

Kenny installed 4 curtain rods, with curtains, in our very high windows, 12ft + high, by himself. He also moved the ceiling smoke detector to a reachable spot. He wore a mask the whole time. I'll definitely call them again with any handyman needs.
