Whether it was their ""can-do"" attitude when we had emergencies or the extent they go to ensuring that everything is left cleaner and tidier than how they found it, or how they walked us through each step of the process so we had visibility into the process and what to expect. Kenny did a small commercial installation for us (sinks, floor drains, hot water heater, etc.). Did a top notch professional job. Scheduling between inspections was easy, they really were responsive. I'd use them again anytime.

OK, Kenny didn't do our work, so a 5-star might be premature, but after I wrote the initial review 2 things happened: 1) Kenny actually CALLED THAT NIGHT to see how I'd done with interviewing contractors, if I had any other questions, etc. I know. Whaaat? and 2) His referrals turned out to be very different from each other, but both good. We went with Water Quality Plumbing, and - following Kenny's advice - we knew what questions to ask, including asking them to take $1,000 off the price if we dug the trench ourselves. They did, we dug, and it was such a pain in the a** that it would've probably been worth $1,000 for us to have them do it! Anyway, that's beside the point. The real point is, Kenny helped us through what was a really crappy situation, and even though he couldn't come and do the actual work he will always be a super-star in my book. I hope I can get on his calendar to plumb our bathroom remodel!

Yaaay! After deciding to stop trying to locate Nick at Clarity Plumbing, (after a few no call no show situations and an incomplete job of fixing my water heater), I decided to call Kenny back as promised if I couldn't get Nick to finish the job here....Kenny showed up and showed me things around my property that I didn't know about....new house for me so he gave me tips and tricks to make my future easier around this property. Did Kenny restore my faith in mankind? Oh yes he did. Will I ever go back to use ""Nick the dick"" ever again? NO WAY. Another satisfied customer here..Kenny is very affordable and very kind. Contacted Kenny on a recommendation from a friend that had work done. I had 2 bids out for replacing the main sewer line from the house to the city connection (street). Kenny came out same day, reviewed the layout, suggested a much less intrusive way to accomplish the task, and his bid was 40% lower than others (a big deal when your talking thousands for a sewer line)! Other bids included tearing up 15 feet of aggregate walkway and pipe bursting. Kenny explained the good and bad about these options, and laid out a plan, that did no concrete, plant, or sprinkler damage. Truly awesome when you think about the tight spaces. Kenny left to check another job and said he call that night with timing and the final price. He called on time and we agreed on the price.
Kenny's crew showed up at 8am the next day and started to set up, and his foreman explained everything to me in real terms. They had already conducted a city survey and all was marked and good to go.
All in all these guys are professional, timely, and left nothing to clean up. Very please and highly recommend for a tough job like sewer systems, but also his crew is top of the line when it comes to standard house plumbing. Not sure how he does it, but he explains the most cost effective way to get the job done and you feel good about your decision to call him.

Mario showed on-time and brought protective blankets to protect our floors. He was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and not only did an excellent job but cleaned above and beyond what was necessary.
I only with that they did bath remodels because the entire customer service experience was brilliant.

Kenny was recommended to me by a building inspector. Who better to give me a recommendation? My toilet clogged up and I called Kenny. They were quick and at that point the price was right. A month later the toilet clogged up again late at night and of course I called Kenny. I freaked when the bath tub backed up with sewage. He was busy, but sent someone with in an hour. We found out the reason of the toilet clogging. My mom was using baby wipes and flushing them down. We had to pay for overtime because it was so late in the evening, but still I felt it was worth it. Needless to say, my mom can't have any more baby wipes. My water heater needed to be replaced and my mother wanted a tankless. We have a large soaker tub that she likes to use and my water tank doesn't work for the soaker tub. We were flexible since my water heater still worked. I got three bids for the tankless and Kenny was the only one who gave me an estimate via email (I showed him plans of my home with the gas line on it). I like that since I didn't have to take off work (his bid was the best too). He and several others of his employees came out to install the tankless water heater the following week. We were without water for only a couple of hours. They installed a new dedicated gas line and relocated to new water heater to a better and safer location. Once they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and took my old water heater too. My mother tested the endless supply of hot water the follow day and she loves it. But dumpy me forgot to tell them our fireplace is gas, so the pilot light to the fireplace went out too. I called Kenny and he sent one of his guys within an hour and he got the fireplace running too. You can't go wrong using Kenny Rogers Plumbing. Any time someone asks me, for a name of a plumber, I will be giving them Kenny's name and number. I keep his number in my emergency people to call, because if he can't get there, he probably will know someone who can. Thanks Kenny.

Kenny Rogers Plumbing is finishing a commercial retail space for Porcelanosa. Their work has been first class. Kenny has had his crew there on short notice, early morning and basically whenever we needed them. They also were able to assist some of our clients who's pkumber couldn't get the job done. Kenny Rogers Plumbing is the best!

Kenny warned me about a potential plumbing problem and I didn't listen to him, stupid me! The freeze is here and yes my pipes broke, called Kenny Rogers Plumbing and BAM he was on it. What GREAT SERVICE !! Great response and a fair price, what more could you want?
Highly recommended. This guy KNOWS plumbing, super happy with his company.
