Ken's Plumbing came out today and did a thorough inspection for my leakage issue. Jose Hernandez did a very thorough job. He went above and beyond to diagnose my issue. He was honest about what he found and didn't find. I was shocked at just how honest he was. Other plumbers had given an estimate without truly trying to figure out the issue, and were going to charge thousands of dollars for doing nothing.

We purchased our home in 2020. It had some plumbing issues and we wanted to change out multiple bathroom fixtures. Kenn's plumbing handled everything we wanted to do. We also had a pipe burst during the winter freeze. They came out the same day and repaired the issue within an hour. We use Kenn for everything!!!!!

Joshua was very professional. The issue I have is they were called out twice within 10 days for the same issue and I was charged for both visits. I sent a request to be contacted through their website and nothing.

He was able to come out faster than anyone else. I had a spigot to the water that was leaking and couldn't be turned off, so we had to turn off the house water. He fixed that quickly along with a broken one to a toilet and the other one by the washer and dryer. He was quick, prompt, and affordable. He wore booties and was very respectful. I'm hoping to get a water heater from him in the future too.
