Michelle W.Twice I've contacted Kennon now, the first time was back in Dec for incorrectly installed smart thermostats and just yesterday (on a Saturday) for the furnace not working. Both times someone was dispatched that day. They've been courteous, on time, and got the job done without hassle. Even the office staff are pleasant. It has been an all around great experience so far!

Our GC spoke highly of and used Kennon to install our new basement HVAC. I was impressed with the techs and sales that did that job so I decided to give them a try for seasonal maintenance. Chris was our tech for the first service and was great. Spent a lot of time checking out our systems, low pressure recommendations, and overall a good experience. I can't think of a good reason not to keep using them.
