I've lived in the area for 18 years and the majority of that time I used another local HVAC company for maintenance and service. We recently moved and finished the basement in our new home. Our GC spoke highly of and used Kennon to install our new basement HVAC. I was impressed with the techs and sales that did that job so I decided to give them a try for seasonal maintenance. Chris was our tech for the first service and was great. Spent a lot of time checking out our systems, low pressure recommendations, and overall a good experience. I can't think of a good reason not to keep using them.

Great experience. My grandmother actually recommended these guys based off of her experience with getting her furnace replaced. Kelly was very friendly and informative when discussing my options to replace my condenser unit. The install guys came out the next day and did a clean job. Great service fast and reasonable. January in Georgia can be tolerable or frigid. Of course our heating system failed on a cold January day. We contacted Kennon Heating & Air Conditioning before 8 am and received a call from their scheduling desk shortly after 8 am. They stated that they should arrive between 8 and 12. The technicians called prior to their arrival and stated they would be at our house within 30 minutes. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate to repair the system. They operated efficiently and completed the repairs to satisfaction. We are now warm and cozy again.

I'm working on buying my own home and had a hunch that the AC unit wasn't at all what the seller said it was. I was advised to go ahead and get an inspection of the HVAC system on top of the typical inspection. Bottom line...the unit was about to be complete toast. The seller claimed the unit was from 2017, it was actually from 1994. Clint did a very professional assessment, took photos and documented everything that was wrong and the reasoning for his recommendation to replace the unit to pose to the seller. I ended up backing out of this home quickly after the full inspection, the inspector fully backed Clint's opinion as well. When I finally find the right house, Kennon will be on the list to call if I ever have a problem. Professionalism goes a very long way.

Awesome, quick, knowledgeable, reliable and affordable. I noticed my heat wasn't working around 9 pm and I sent Robby a message and expected him to message me back in the morning. Six minutes later, he sent me a message asking me to try a couple of things and when those things didn't work, he was at my house first thing in the morning. Thanks, Robby for your excellent service. I will definitely be using you anytime I have HVAC, electrical or plumbing needs.

My air conditioner stopped working and I called Kennon Htg & A/C on Monday morning. They had a repairman out to check it the same day. The unit was beyond repair so they ordered a new unit and came out the next day (Tuesday) and replaced it! Great service, professional repairmen and fair prices!!
