Called Kenneth after calling other local plumbers to replace shut off valves to my kitchen sink. He was extremely friendly on the phone. He kept me updated on his timeline of arrival. As soon as he stepped out of his truck, he handed me his business card and introduced himself. He took his boots off outside so he didn't track in mud from all the rain. He told me every step that he was doing in the process, cleaned up the area, and made sure all was good before leaving! We've had Kenneth from Kenneth's plumbing out twice to our house. First, a spigot needed replacing after a freeze and second, we had a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal installed. After 21 years a new, more modern-looking sink was something we wanted. Kenneth was so helpful as to locate the style we were looking for. Highly recommend this business. Very flexible and worked around my schedule to help fix my problems. Had a previous plumber make some mistake and these were all remediated. Someone had busted a water line so I actually did not have water when plumber was working, so he even showed up the next day to do a quality check. That level of service was completely unexpected but speaks to his character and professionalism. Highly recommend!
