Upstairs bathroom sinks filling up though water off. Called Kenneth at 4p.m. he was there by 5p.m., quickly identified the issue and soon had it corrected; was related to attic A/C vent feeding down through the bathroom pipes.

Called Kenneth after calling other local plumbers to replace shut off valves to my kitchen sink. He was extremely friendly on the phone. He kept me updated on his timeline of arrival. As soon as he stepped out of his truck, he handed me his business card and introduced himself. He took his boots off outside so he didn't track in mud from all the rain. He told me every step that he was doing in the process, cleaned up the area, and made sure all was good before leaving!
