I usually don't post a bad review, but I 've been feeling so ripped off I had to try to warn others off.I did contact him to try to work something out, but he was rude to me, put down my house, and hung up. He did come in a timely manner for an urgent situation and did a reasonable job, to be fair. This is what he did: replaced a broken bathroom faucet which I bought, replaced 2 shut off valves below, replaced the plastic drain and trap, and re-glued the sink top back. He was at my house for 1:10, and I was 20"" late. For this, he charged $500. That works out to about $400 an hour. You be the judge. Buyer beware

Another successful service experience with Ken LeBoeuf today. I appreciate how responsive he is to both calls and scheduling appointments. This time he serviced our master bathroom toilet, which wasn't functioning. He replaced a couple of parts, which he showed me had obvious wear and tear. He had the parts readily available with him; so, the job was completed in a timely manner. We're very satisfied and will continue to rely on Ken LeBoeuf for our plumbing needs.

I have used Ken a few times now. The first time I used him was to replace a dishwasher and to install and ice-maker in my new refrigerator and freezer. Then he replaced a broken faucet with one I had already purchased. He also he came out to replace my garbage disposal that suddenly started to leak; he went a local hardware store and only charged me what it cost him, plus the already agreed upon labor. Each time, his rates were reasonable (he has fixed rates according to the job, so he can give a quote over the phone), he arrived when he says he would, he did the work quickly, and he cleaned up after himself. I plan to use him again to replace an old toilet and sink.

Mr Laboeuf has done several jobs for me on different occasions. He did kitchen sink drain work, toilet repair and twice fixed outside faucets. Each time he came promptly, performed the work expertly and charged us reasonably. I highly recommend his services.

Came as promised. Marked up the kitchen faucet he picked up at the local hardware store 3x to 4x. The leak was fixed but he is sooo expensive you can't imagine. I will never use him again. I gave him 2 stars since he sowed up right away after I called him. 700USD for a small job that takes 1 1/2 hour is outrages.
