From toilet leaks to RE plumbing our entire house, Kenny and his well trained team can (and have!) helped us out of a pinch. Our home was built in 1955 and my sons matchbox car defeated the toilet. We have used Kenneth Cutlip Plumbing a few times for our backflow preventer test. The old company was so unresponsive it would take several phone calls to get it scheduled, then they wouldn't show up for the appointment, and then it took a few more phone calls to get the results of the test submitted to the county. NOT with Cutlip Plumbing - they are so responsive, on time, fairly priced, and really great to work with! I highly recommend using them.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! We called because we thought our old water heater was leaking. They came out and replaced it to the tune of $1040.00. Turns out it wasn't leaking. It was an A/C overflow right by the hot water heater. Their response? Your heater was old anyway!! I rely on a pro to diagnose my problem. He should have known the heater wasn't leaking! There was no need to replace the hot water heater. And the A/C leak was a $75.00 fix.

I have used this plumber before and was happy with the service. I needed a plumber on a Friday night around 7:00. when I called the technician told me the charge would be $141.00 for a half hour call. I guess assuming it would take around 30 mins, I agreed to have them come out. The technician was here 15 minutes, didn't have what was needed to fix it and told me they could come back for $25.00/15 mins until the job was fixed. I will NEVER use them again for after hours services. When I tried explaining my concerns to Debbie, she got very defensive and rude with me.
