I had a plumbing issue that started inside and surprised me outside. That's when I knew I needed a professional! Our neighbor referred us to Kenneth Black Plumbing and we had two other companies come out. Kenneth Black was detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. He used sophisticated equipment to diagnose the issue. Then he gave us two options, one was a lower cost band-aid solution that he didn't recommend, and the other one would address the root cause for good. Mr. Black went the extra mile noting how the problem could have been caused when the house was built. He told us that one of the utility companies could have damaged the line with their digging equipment and a small crack could have led to the tree root getting in it. Plumber two came out to diagnose the issue and had a much more costly solution. While plumber three came and did not do any diagnostic. He only asked what was happening and blurted out $2,500 for a fix. He was the only plumber who did not use any equipment to diagnose the problem because he said it would cost $300+ on top of the $100+ trip charge to do so. It was an easy decision to go with Kenneth Black and his company. I trusted his assessment and you could tell he cared about giving us a real solution given his work efforts up front. His team did a wonderful job fixing the problem. He also enhanced our plumbing system to make it more effective and aesthetically pleasing too. They took pictures for the utility company to review, and I reached out to the utility company about it. The utility agreed with Mr. Black's assessment and reimbursed us the $1,500 plumbing charge. Thanks for a job well done and helping us with the reimbursement too!

I am writing to express the absolutely outstanding service we received from Kenneth Black Plumbing. On July 4th, we noticed water pouring out of our front yard near the water meter. We called Fulton County, hoping it would be an issue on their end. Unfortunately, they informed us that we had a cracked home water line that was our responsibility. I started researching on Nextdoor and saw amazing reviews about Kenneth Black Plumbing. Believe me, this company has earned its reputation. We called on July 5th (holiday weekend), and they had someone at our house within two hours. In less than an hour of their arrival, our issue was fixed, and we were charged an extremely reasonable price--we were literally shocked! One of the gentlemen even watered my dry plants! Ramon and Alejandro were so nice and professional. It was refreshing to get genuinely quick and effective service at a reasonable price. We will 100% use Kenneth Black Plumbing for any future issues we have, and I've already recommended them to our neighbors! Thank you, Kenneth Black plumbing!

Richard and two trainees came to my house today. They were terrific! The most important thing about any professional in my opinion is curiousity and experience. The fact that Richard measured my toilet to replace and told me I had ordered one that would not fit and helped me know what to look for was the first thing. Secondly, he asked to check my water pressure and identified a potentially dangerously high pressure. He did this as part of an estimate to replace the toilet. I'm very impressed, not just with his knowledge and understanding and curiousity, but also with the company's policy of training new plumbers. Fabulous business plan serving our community!!!

We called Kenneth Black Plumbing today( on a Sunday) and were greeted by a very polite, compassionate person. We explained our situation and the urgency to have a plumber come over to our house as soon as possible. Teleen, from the company, kept us abreast about the expected time of arrival of the technicians.The two gentlemen, Ramon and Alex, arrived timely and were really nice. They knew their job thoroughly. They resolved our problem in 20 minutes. Ramon assured us that it was a routine thing and was really kind and compassionate. We are so glad we called the right company at the right time! We highly recommend them!

Nothing says welcome to homeownership as water coming down your ceiling 24 hours after we moved in. As soon as I saw it I knew based off all the other amazing reviews I had to call Kenneth Black. The answering service was great. I then received a call from Nichole and her customer service is TOP TIER. She calmed me down and assured they were going to help. She stayed on the phone with me to try some troubleshooting to atleast get the water to stop while she waited for the techs to give her a call back. The techs Arnold and Ramon showed up within an hour and unfortunately had to cut my dry wall but we had to figure out where the leak was coming from and luckily they found and it was fixed within in an hour at a very affordable price. They also keep me updated and asked for approval throughout the whole process. You will not regret going with Kenneth black and his team. Every person I dealt with were very kind and caring. 5 star service!

I called this company based upon all the recommendations from people on Nextdoor. I scheduled an appointment and was given a time frame from 2 to 4 yesterday. 4:00 pm they were still not here so I called to find out why. I was told they had several emergencies but that we were still on the schedule and we would receive a call when the tech was on the way. I got the call at 6:30 and they arrived around 7:15 to complete the faucet installation for us. When we thanked them for coming so late they said they still had some more calls to complete. These guys are hardworking, nice and professional. The office could communicate with customers better by updating them on arrival times. Richard and his partner were great techs!

They checked out my running toilet and told me what to buy, and how to fix it myself, after they determined they didn't have the necessary o-ring gasket in their vehicle. They didn't charge me anything for that! Great community service there!

Thursday, the evening before my brother's funeral (reception to be at my house) we noticed an outside spigot leaking. We tried to repair it ourselves - it was getting dark and we were exhausted, so we just shut the water off to the house for the night. The next morning I called Kenneth Black Plumbing and explained the situation to them. Darra called me back and let me know that Arnold and Marcellino were going to come by and would fix the pipe while we were at the funeral. On the most difficult of days, when I could barely think let alone call around to find a plumber, Kenneth Black Plumbing responded and took care of me like they knew me! Truly unbelievable service...and then told me there was no charge. I am speechless. All I can do is say thank you and spread the word. A truly service oriented company!

I had heard some very good things about this company and I as well had a very good experience. I got a spoon stuck in a garbage disposal and I took it apart and pulled with all my might and couldn't get the spoon out. I was going to replace it but because it was hardwired instead of plug in, I didn't want to mess with it so I called a professional. The guy that came was very good and friendly. He shared some of his expertise with me and talked me through all the options with the garbage disposal. I decided to replace the garbage disposal. He went to work and did a great job even taking care to clean up on even the smallest water droplet that came out. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely call them again. I had such a good experience that I didn't want to give less than five stars but I will say the lady that scheduled the appointment was a little difficult to talk to. She didn't quite seem to know I was going on and kept saying that a date wasn't available after she told me it was. She then called me back three times after actually getting something scheduled to tell me information that she forgot to tell me or ask a question. She also kept saying she couldn't hear me so I had to practically at yell. It was a bit of an ordeal to get it scheduled but the actual service was better than any plumber I ever had.
