Where to begin! What a wonderful plumbing service and customer experience I had today. From the moment I had minor flooding in my garage and reached out on Yelp to the very kind assistant eve scheduled me the same day, to the less than hour later when Vlad showed up, I was treated with thoughtfulness, respect and urgency to rectify the situation. Old water heater sprung a leak. A PG&E rep said it needed to be replaced and had some failing connections. I contacted three places, and Kenneth Asire Plumbing was able to come and give a free estimate first. Vlad was efficient, clear, and able to give me what seemed (from my PG&E recommendation) to be a fair price, and he could get started pretty much right away. I took it. About an hour-and-a-half later, after working with an assistant, Vlad had the job done, and even made some adjustments to ensure I was happy with the work. Couldn't be more pleased.
