My heat quit one evening, (of course on an inconvenient Friday night.) When I called Kennedy's- I was expecting a service call, and to be billed extra since it was after normal business hours. Instead, the owner walked me through some quick troubleshooting, even told me where to get the part and what to get. I had it fixed quickly. He could have sent someone out and charged me out the ying-yang- but didn't charge me a thing. That's the kind of honesty that I'm looking for in a company. They've made a customer for life out of me.
