Hands down the best Plummer's around! Iv been dealing with a bunch of little issues ranging from my tankless water heater not working to a small flood due to the silly grinder not working right. It's been a messy cleanup. So grateful for Kennedy water Heaters. They where calm and patient with me. And now it's all fixed working better then ever. They even helped me figure out how to adjust the temperature for my water heater. Thank you all again for your professional Service. I know who to call for all my plumbing issues!

These guys are VERY honest and straight up when it comes to pricing and charges. After talking to a different company it was clear that the other company was WAY over priced and just trying to rip off their customers. After telling my story to these guys they made sure I was taken care of. They did not pressure me into a new water heater with a bunch of extra stuff that was unnecessary. Honestly, this was my first experience having to change over a hot water heater. Being in home improvement for a while, I know that lots of the DIY stuff you can read online is hit or miss. Also there was the question between tankless and traditional, how big to get the new one, etc. Well, I took a shot in the dark and called Kennedy because they seemed friendly and down-to-earth - was one of the best experiences ever. Travis was super cool, gave straight, honest advice and turns out I didn't need a replacement, just a simple repair. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how it could be fixed, and just how much of an investment I was looking at. Grade A service and the work was amazing. When a company goes the extra mile to make sure it's done the right way and just done any 'ol way, it means a lot. Rock Solid group, and I trust others will have a similar experience!

I was having issues with my water heater leaking and a friend of my recommended K.W.H. I must say what a great referral. When I called my water heater was leaking and everywhere and the guy on the phone helped me shut off my water and guided me through hooking up a hose to my water heater so that it can drain out down an actual drain. Not only were they on time, their service was friendly and very prompt. Very impressed with this company and how fast they were able to get me in. When he came out to replace it he also took the old water heater away which was very nice. The new water heater seems to be working better than my old one too. I give K.W.H 5 stars because they deserve and if I ever have an issue with my water heater in the future I will use this company again!

I needed to have my water heater replaced because my old one gave out over the Labor Day weekend. I called Kennedy Water Heaters and they gave me a good quote and came out to install the new one that same day. I was very happy that they did not try to upsell me or tell me I needed something else or another part that was going to cost X more. The tech that came out, Sam, was extremely friendly and professional. He did a great job, leaving the work site clean and with everything in working order. Woke up on Monday morning to tons of water leaking from my water heater. I called around and everyone said that it would need to be replaced and that it would be probably after the holidays. When I called Kennedy water heaters they said they could get me in the same day within a few hours so I went with them. They put the tank in fast and took away my old water heater. They also put a drip pan underneath my new one to try to prevent leaking again. They did a good job highly recommend them. They move fast their efficient and the best price in town.

I literally can not believe the fast response these guys had to my call. After reluctantly hanging up the phone after saying they would call back, they did in fact call back within 20 minutes. They were extremely polite and professional. I told them my situation with my hot water heater and they said they would be able to fix it this week. Bobby was my plumber and he was amazing! As all of you know, it's hard to to trust a new company Youve never used before but these guys earned my trust! They charged me the same amount they said they would. They also let me know I can call them back if I was having trouble with it down the road later on. Very genuine and a very honest business. Highly recommend! These guys are amazing!

Fast, friendly, and professional. The staff was great and they seemed genuinely concerned about me not having hot water instead of just making money. The plumber was great when he came out. He had to move around some stuff and do some venting work for extra money but he told me that before he started the job so I appreciated that. They were just great all around. I highly recommend them!
