The owner of this company sent ""his guys out here"" while I was away and my boyfriend took care of the interaction. He told them we had a sink leaking and the washer was flooding the basement every time it is run. They treated him badly the entire time (he's black, and they were being racist). They ""did some work"" and told him that they fixed both, and left. Ever since the problem has been worse. So I called about it. The guy told me he had no idea what was going on and was gonna ask his guys. They lied to him, told him that we have root infestations and that they informed us of this (him saying it was the first time either of us had heard such a thing). He took up for them and told me I was ""someone who wanted my cake and to eat it too."" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The workload workers came over to the house to do the sewer after almost 1000$ and more then a days workand alot of meth use the angle on the sewer flow was all wrong after admitting to me that they had got the angle all wrong days and days went by as he stalls us to not call the boss cuz he didn't want to lose his job finally i told him "" paul woodward"" that they had been doing a straight tweeker job he pleaded not to tell the boss cuzz he had been messing up quite a bit at that time...not to mention the different people that he had stop by on thesly thinking i didnt notice so he could sale them drugs not professional in any way shape or form
