We first used Kennedy about 25 years ago when we had a pipe freeze on a Saturday. After calling several other places and getting no response, we tried Kennedy. When they learned that our heat had to be turned off, they assured us that they would be out within two hours and they lived up to their word. Since then, we've had them for a number of service calls including replacing an ejector pump, installing a new toilet, and, most recently, replacing a leaking water shut off valve. They provide prompt and informative service and reasonable prices. We recommend them to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Not sure about the other negative reviews. These guys were quick, professional, charged me about 30% less than their competitor I used in the past. They even told me I probably didn't need to root my sewer as often since it was real clear. Didn't seem like they were trying to rip me off, why would they tell me that otherwise?

These people suck. The guy brought his son out with him, who is learning I assume, and didn't even know how to open my door to get downstairs back to the car for tools...

We're at my house and tried to charge me double saying there were two technicians or plumbers working on the job which took them a total of 10 minutes.

Wrote me up a bill for $300 and had the nerve to call me cheap when I questioned him why it was so much ""I wouldn't do it for $20 if that's what you're trying to do"" The Man~Let said. Told him to get out of my house and I would never do business with him again since I'm not even allowed to question what the bill was and how he was charging me. Mind you I had cash in hand no problem, but if you think you're gonna be rude to me in my own home and double charge me for your retarded son who doesn't even know what he's doing you can see the door. Do NOT USE THEM!

It's not ok to take advantage of people to make a buck. $150 just to come out and inspect something in 15 minutes with no fixing (long story). Ridiculuous! Not even a doctor makes that much in 15 minutes of work.

Our neighbors were having some work done by this company, so we decided to ask them if they could take a look at our 2 spigots (one had a broken handle and one had no handle; both had a working water supply). They drove about 20 feet next door to our house and was going to charge us full price for a service call. When I offered a cash price $25 less than the quoted price, since they were already next door, it was refused. When I told my neighbor what occurred, she told me he was the owner! I guess this small, local, family-owned business is more about making money & unnecessarily overcharging customers than acquiring new ones.

So I waited 48 hours after leaving my first voicemail for them. Still no reply call. I called back after 48 hours and got another machine. Still have a backed up drain, guess since it was not an emergency my call back was not a priority. Don't think they won my business. Can I give less than 1 star because they didn't even get a chance to perform any service?

Over 20 years ago, Tim's dad came out and did the job that 3 others could not for a fair price. It's been the same to this point. Can't say enough good things.

Tim, Pat, Rob, Dan...whoever shows up knows what to do and will give you a fair price. It's a family-owned business and they do big jobs and small jobs. We've had them come out for weird problems and typical problems. They trouble-shoot and do it right, and then explain what they did and why. I have recommended them to my mom, my in-laws, etc. Kennedy Sewer is a great company and they come out quickly, whether an emergency or not. Highly recommended!!!!!

We were referred by a neighbor, and have now used Kennedy 4 times in the last 6 months for three different issues (sump pump, water heater, toilet). They have always responded promptly, shown up exactly what time they said they would, explained the problem and fix in detail, and charged a fair price. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend them highly.

I was in a bind regarding a plumbing issue on Jun 4th, they came out looked at job and said we can't service you until Jun 8th that they were very busy. They came out, they were on time and friendly. It was a small job and they were done in less than an hour. They did quote me prior to the job with an allowed time of 2hrs. The job was done in less than an hour. Materials were $45.00 and Labor was $195.00. I thought that was high, $195.00 for an hour. I would shop around next time for better price and quicker service.
