Kennedy Plumbing should be charged criminally after their attempted robbery. Had an issue with the touchless flush feature. Brad said it would cost $945 to fix. While on the phone with this crook, I googled the same part and found in stock for $100. After confronting the crook, he then starts to back step and claimed he only works there and doesn't set the prices and blah blah blah.

Be careful and do not support these criminals. Always get 2 and 3 different quotes. I called a local plumbing company in Northern KY to inquire what they would charge, $217.

Unacceptable and do not become a victim of Kennedy Plumbing!!!!

Terrible company. A waste of time and money. We had to have another company come out and fix what they were supposed to do, fight to get our money back by going thru our bank, etc. They don't own their own equipment so they have to rent things daily Which drives up their prices. I wasn't going to leave a bad review and just let it go since we got our money back but I've been seeing them leave fake reviews all over the place to try and trick people into using them and it makes me mad that they're doing that. BEWARE of this company

Wow. Requested a quote from them for some work to address two issues noted in Inspection report. One was a leak coming from the kitchen faucet and replacements of two toilets seats. To repair the kitchen faucet came to $653 and to replace 2 toilets that were purchased and left in unit was $175. In additional, the estimate included a repiping in two bathrooms of which was never listed in inspection report but quoted for $668. Total Estimate was $1496. The quote for just the work that was requested was $828,00. Had requested 2 other quotes from leading competitors were $235 and $285 respectfully. Lesson. Always get more than one quote are you will become a sucker.

I called to have an exterior faucet replaced due to leaking and a special wall mounted toilet needed to be looked at because it wasn't filling. They first wanted $950 to fix both, when we were not interested, they lowered the price to $650.... we still were not interested. They did identify the problem with the toilet, so it was worth the $49 trip charge to make sure it wasn't a pipe issue. My dad was able to fix the toilet himself in about 10 min with a $30 part from Home Depot. We got a more reasonable plumber to do the faucet, he only charged $85 total. They might be a good choice if you like to throw away money ?

I had a low hot water pressure in my shower--guy told me valve/cartridges needs replaced due to hard water build-up. My shower is worst than it was after the guy took it apart, which took him more than 3 hours to put together. I didn't have a problem with the functionality of my shower--now the knobs and buttons not working like it used to before he took it apart and no water coming from the shower head. I'll order the parts needed but for the meantime I need to use the shower handle to take a shower? I understand that I need new parts for it to function correctly but I don't expect the shower functionality/knobs and buttons to be messed up. I definitely not calling the guy to install new parts...nice guy but bad service! Zero star if it's an option!

This place is a joke ?. I would not recommend this business to no one. I set up an appointment through thumbtack and it was accepted. With out notifying the customer the appointment was canceled 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. What a bad way of doing business. I called customer care they took my information and they promised that a representative will call me and never heard back. I called countless times to set up an appointment and I never received a call or an appointment was never rescheduled. What a bad way of doing business with a new customer. I attached photos of the conversation. ??
