I honestly don't understand the last review from Susan D... ALL Plumbers charge a fee to visit and provide an estimate that is refunded if you go with them for the work. The fees most plumbers charge are higher than $130 that Kennedy charged. So, chalk that one up to lack of experience with plumbers I guess. As to the review, Kennedy Plumbing is a local plumbing company with a lot of Commercial and Residential experience, these guys are not newbies. I had John come over and replace a water heater, an expansion tank, so minor stuff, but all work was done professionally and the place was clean when they left. All in all excellent work, respectful and easy to do business with. Also, their prices are very fair. I'd highly recommend them.

Complete scam artist. Do not use this plumber. He will rip you off 110%. Charged me $130 for doing nothing!!! Literally just showing up. He did not assess problem, didn't explain anything in the 5 minutes he was at home, I asked questions he couldn't answer resulting in a very low level of confidence. I decided I no longer needed his services and he charges me $130!!!!
