I had a leaking bathroom sink faucet. Jacob replaced it in a timely and professional manner, at a very reasonable price. Based on this service, I am very happy to recommend Jacob Kennedy Plumbing. This reviewing site asks me to add a star. I want to add five stars, but I cannot find the place to do that. This is a five star review. ... I noticed the lack of stars on five other reviews, although the reviews were highly complimentary. Maybe YELP/Neworx can provide the stars. It took me ten minutes to find the ""star"" link in the upper left side of this review.

Mr. Kennedy provided exceptional customer service and support. He answered our initial call promptly and arranged to stop by that same afternoon. Granted a non-emergency, but urgent, call cannot always be answered on the same day. Nevertheless, he did and I must give him due credit for that. Next, he did not merely just give us a blanket estimate, as some plumbers did (sight unseen), but took the time to review, analyze, and discuss the problem as well as the necessary steps to repair the issue, which required a part that had to be purchased. We gave him a check to cover the cost and he left to go purchase the part. He returned that afternoon and proceeded to complete the job, which went well into the evening and included digging out and around a pipe for several feet under the house.

What impressed us both was his care in analyzing the source and cause of the leak, in keeping us informed, and keeping the job area neat and clean! He is a gifted professional; he knows his trade AND he knows Customer Service!

Without a doubt, as I said to him later, Kennedy Plumbing is our ""go to"" plumber for all plumbing issues going forward . . . and he should be yours, too!

Brother Jacob went above and beyond!!! Super responsive via phone and text messaging. Not only was he flexible with my scheduling, but he walked in and diagnosed my problem like an expert in no time. He did some troubleshooting and gave me repair options that were all in my budget. He even made a quick run to the hardware store that was closing in 15 mins and was able to complete the job and cleaned up area afterward. Jacob responded quickly and came the next day as we agreed upon. Fast, friendly, efficient, and did quality work. He knows his job, quickly assessing the situation over the phone, so he brought the correct parts. Changed out the faucet in the shower to correctly change the flow from the faucet to the shower head, and cleaned out the sink faucet for better water flow. Jacob responded to my outreach immediately and was so easy to work with. We quickly got a time worked out for him to come fix a leaky pipe from our claw foot tub (crappy installation) and a busted and leaky bathroom faucet, also due to crappy installation by the same person who jacked up our tub :/

Jacob was here the very next day (a Saturday, mind you!) and diagnosed the issues pretty much instantaneously. Headed off to the hardware store nearby to buy some of the necessary parts and even picked out a nice new faucet for us! He fixed both issues in no time and was incredibly fair with his pricing, especially having come within a day of me reaching out AND on a Saturday! He's the real deal.
