Kennedy Plumbing replaced my leaking, old hot water heater. I called in the evening after work and they were able to come out the next day. A shut off valve to one of the water supplies to the heater was also replaced. The work was done well and care was taken bringing in the heater and taking the old out of the house. Friendly service.

I called yesterday with a leaking shut off valve. Brian called me back the same day. I told him what my problem was and he professionally told me that he could try to squeeze me in sometime tomorrow or for sure Monday. Brian called me back today and was able to squeeze me in. Brian did professional work by replacing the shut off valve and while he was here I had the fill valve and flapper replaced. I recommend calling Kennedy plumbing from simple fix to extensive work. Had some water in the basement a few days ago. Called Kennedy and had it fixed in hours.

I was familiar with Kennedy from work they've done for family of mine. I had them out to do my hot water heater a few years back and the cost was hundreds less than any other quote/price I got over the phone. So, having them out for my recent issue wasn't a question.

I was at work. My mother went to my house to let Kennedy (Brian) in to see what the problem was. Within minutes he knew what was going on. Since I (homeowner) was not there he did not feel comfortable moving furniture and pulling carpet to get to the storm drain that was causing the issue. They left and told my mom to have me call them Monday and they'd come out to fix it.

I took a half day at work, returned home and moved the furniture and carpet to expose the drain. Called Brian and asked if he could make it back that same day. An hour later (after he finished another job) he returned and fixed the problem.

I was only charged for 1 visit (some of these companies would have charged for returning the second time). I paid $290 for the visit + the work that was done to fix what was creating the water in the basement. Very affordable for what most plumbers charge these days.

Kennedy will always be who I turn to in Plumbing or HVAC needs.
