One of my good friends recommended Kennedy Plumbing. My hot water stopped working the other day and I just kept putting it off until I couldn't stand to take anymore cold showers. Well they got me on the schedule right away and let me know they could repair my water heater no problem. Their plumber was nice, on time and did the repair! Everything went really smoothly. I'm glad I got this great recommendation from my friends and am hoping to help others too cause they did great.

I contacted KP and they sent Dave over quickly. He unclogged my shower tub drain in such a short amount of time. It has slowly been getting worse and worse over the last few weeks. Thankfully one of my friends knew Dave personally and gave me his personal number. He was super friendly and got the job done thanks to Dave, I wouldn't have to be stuck with it anymore!

Awesome plumbers. Asked for them to fix my water heater the day of, and they sent someone ASAP. They were already closed but they didn't mind. Really appreciated that and they didn't even charge me extra, even though I offered. Great customer service.

OMG!!! If you need water drained because your sinks keep clogging up pleaseeeeeeeee be sure to call these guys. They make appointments quickly and then they call you before they come over. Their plumber was so nice to me and was smiling a lot. I appreciate someone who enjoys their job. Great plumbers!!. Thanks guys

This was my first time using a plumbing service and I have to say it was a great one. Kennedy Plumbing was able to get someone to me relatively quickly at an affordable price. They sent Patrick out and he did an outstanding job repairing my water heater. He approached me with a few different options and things he could try and told me his suggestion for what would work best. I appreciated being in the loop even though I don't know too much about water heaters. He got everything fixed and did a fantastic job!

VERY impressed. They answered my call at 11pm on a Sunday night. Was planning on just getting a voicemail and letting them know my water heater was down. I got lucky and they answered and not only that but they sent my information over to a technician. He gave me a price AND also got me an appointment for the next morning to come repair it. Honestly couldn't ask for better or faster service. They kept to their word when it came to the final price at the end of it. They are honest men!!

Looking for a plumbing company that's actually genuine? A company that works hard and keeps you in the loop? Look no further. After having a terrible experience with a plumbing company 4 years ago it was a breath of fresh air to find them. They care about their customers and about doing the right thing. I could tell they were being honest with me and not pulling the cliche ""mechanic move"". I really felt safe and confident with them. I felt that my home was improving more than being repaired. It only goes to show why they have such great reviews on Yelp. Even just after talking to them through the phone I could tell that they kew what they were doing, there was a certain professional presence to them, the word expert comes to mind. I told them I needed my garbage disposal fixed they made sure to get right on the project. They set up a time with me and then they called me approximately 20 minutes before arriving which I really appreciated. The gentleman who fixed my garbage disposal was polite and delightful to be around. He actually took the time to explain the diagnosis of my issues in a way I could understand. He charged me the correct amount before he left. There's lots of plumbing places in San Francisco but they really made a great impression on me. No doubt my go to for all my plumbing needs. I was in desperate need of getting my garbage disposal repaired as it was starting to smell terrible. Kennedy Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who had used Kennedy Plumbing before. They did a great job for a great price and I'm glad I used them. I can put food down my kitchen sick again!

I needed to call a plumber because my bathtub was clogged. I researched a little online how to unclog it yourself but then realized quickly I would've just rather have a professional. I was very happy to find these guys as they did a great job and had really good service. The office told me Patrick would call me before he showed up and would let me know how long the job would take. Patrick did a great job! I wanted to wait to write this review to make sure it didn't get it clogged back up right away but it's been three weeks and it's been draining great ever since! I will use them again if I need any plumbing work again no questions asked!!!

I've had experiences with plumbers in the past and trust me when I tell you, you need to use them and no one else. Jason was one of the best and the friendliest plumbers I've ever used before. I've had a few bad experiences in the past so when it came to getting my water heater replaced I didn't want anything to get messed up.
The process was really easy.
-Called to make an appointment. The lady took down some information about my water heater.
-The plumber Jason called me back. He set up the appointment with me and helped me choose which tank to choose.
-He called me before coming over. When he came over he got to work and it took an hour and a half to have the new one in and get my old one out.
-He made sure I was happy with the job before he left. He had the office send me over a receipt through email the same day as my appointment.
-Overall great service and great business.
