We had an unprecedented 7 inches of rain over 3 days in May, and as a result our well collapsed. We called Greg Kennedy and he is great! He managed to fit us in and came to assess the damage, then as soon as the ground was workable, he spent hours fixing it. He is reliable, knowledgeable and professional, and is our ""go to"" guy for help!

I hired him several years ago. Don't use this jerk! First of all he wanted me to pay half upfront so I did like an idiot. I could go on and on about this clown! The last thing I remember, he was supposed to come in the house and do something in the house. I heard him driving away with his little sidekick. I ran out there and said something to the effect of WTH? And they pointed at me and laughed and took off. I left him a message saying OK we'll call it even now. That one good review must have been a phony review because every thing that everyone else is saying about him rings true! Don't use this jerk !

Horrible customer service. We called him for a job, scheduled everything advance since he was busy and she just never showed up and then ignored calls and texts. After I finally got a hold of him he was very defensive and rude. Save yourself some time and don't hire this person.

Not impressed! No clean up after work. Didn't complete the job as I desired. Cost was more than quoted. I won't use them again. It's amazing that a small business doesn't go the extra mile to make sure their work is high quality.

Dependable and affordable. I've used these guys for heating problem and plumbing in the past and just had a new AC installed in my new house. They're always prompt and reliable and they beat out the other guy's quote by $1000. I never should have wasted my time shopping around. I definitely recommend Kennedy. Being a single mom I'm really glad to know I've got someone I can trust for repairs.

After a problem with a water heater installed 1 year ago, we asked Kennedy Plumbing and Heating to come back and honor the warranty. The plumber didn't show up for three appointments scheduled well in advanced and confirmed by both parties. He didn't call or reach out on at least one occasion to reschedule. When he finally came after much frustration, he was rude and unprofessional.

I hope this review saves the next person that comes in contact or does biz with Greg Kennedy and Kennedy Plumbing from the same costly experience that I had. I have already filed a BBB complaint and will most likely have to take them to small claims court next.

They recommended that work be done on my main sewer line (that I later found out was not needed at all) to the tune of $4200. Greg insisted on half upfront (red flag) and I spent the next 60 days calling, texting, emailing, begging, pleading to please come do the work you have already been half for. Watch what you wish for. Kennedy did come do 'some work' on my property, only to incur damages, leave holes in the ground, and damages everywhere. The 'repair' he recommended was on the property line so not only have I had damages but my neighbors have been inconvenienced and now are looking to me to pay the damages caused by Kennedy.

At this rate, I have had to pay another plumber to come fix what Kennedy butchered up, and have had estimates for all the damages he caused (damaged deck, fence, gates, big hole ripped in side of neighbor's garage, the yard will have to be entirely regraded, and he destroyed a 10X 10 flagstone patio that has to be entirely relaid. All the repairs have been estimated out at over $3500. So in addition to the initial $2100, my experience Kennedy Plumbing has been a very costly one. I don't want to see him able to continue this practice of outright deception and basically, theft of funds. He got a LOT more $$$ on this than he ever should have.

DON'T deal with this company! EVER! If you want a fair, expert and professional to deal with, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!

I had Greg come in to move shower plumbing during a remodel and that was good.
During the job we discussed having him install a new shower pan and moving the floor drain. I waited and waited for the quote, called over and over only to finally get a quote for a size that wouldn't work. I took it upon myself to remeasure and find a source for something that would work and then forwarded the info. After receiving the bid I asked when he could do the install and knowing the supplies were coming from HD I gave him the locations that had the products in stock(thinking I was helping him out). His response was ""well go buy them then"" and nothing else. A week passed and I heard nothing, thinking that the last response was a joke I texted asking what was up? He responded "" you were going to buy the supplies and call me"" ???? WHAT, the supplies were included in the bid? My response explained that I was letting him know the locations that had the parts in stock and I was only trying to help to speed things along, after that nothing and I haven't heard anything since.

All of this started Thanksgiving week and it is now January 18th.

I was motivated to use him due to a barter exchange but now that we are pushing 2 months I've given up. I understand that sometimes cash customers get better treatment then barter but this is insane. My old company and the company I work for now always treats(ed) every client the same cash or barter.... In the middle of December Greg came into the store where I work and special ordered products on barter. He received great service and even though they were special order items everything has been delivered and installed, unlike my shower pad that is sitting at HD.

This bad service may be due to the barter, maybe he's not really interested in accepting more barter dollars? If that is the case he should have told me from the beginning instead of dragging me along. Cash is king, and he might be great if your paying with cash.

One last thought, the store I work in didn't ask him to buy the supplies for his barter purchase, we ordered everything and delivered as if he was a cash customer.....
