I've called on KP a few times, and recently Jarrett and Ben replaced an ancient water heater, 26 years old, filled with calcium, which clogged the water release spigot and made the replacement difficult, but they got the job done without complaint or damage to our beloved cottage, and we are very happy with their work, and the price for the replacement. Recommend them and the company they represent highly. I will definitely work with them again. I hope KP is taking good care of them, they represent the company well. Speaking from 20 years as a customer service manager, they are the best.

Kennard-Pace does my electrical and plumbing. Always prompt and never worried about the workers in my house at times I'm not there. I was grateful recently when they got my old AC unit working with a single little part.

RUN don't walk from these completely awful provides. Their tech. made a HUGE mistake and my sister's ceiling in the hall collapsed. Then he LIED and their insurance company refused to repair it. Find ANYONE else to do your furnace and AC repair

Called on September 19th to get my Oil Furnace looked at, as it had stopped working and colder weather was starting to set in. I was told that it would be TWO weeks before they could come out, but that they would call me when they were coming out.
On October 4th (two weeks later) I called & asked if they would be able to come out any time soon and was told that my name wasn't on the ""board"", he put my name down and said that it would probably be two weeks before they could come out.
It is now October 31st and I have YET to hear back from anyone at this company! It has been FOUR weeks since the last time I called. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone who actually needs any kind of furnace repair any time SOON.

I called another company and they were kind enough to actually set a day AND time they could come out and look at my furnace.

I have had Kennard Pace work on my AC and some plumbing work. I am very pleased with the this company. Very prompt and professional. Fixed the issues well. Offered advice when I had questions to help me save money. I will continue to use Kennard Pace for my repair needs.
