Chris the Technician came out today and solved a clogged Master Bath Shower Drain. Took him 11 Minutes! Totally professional and this was on the same day I called. Pretty AWESOME you guys. Thank you. I always like to read the bad reviews first before I write my review. The one star review sounds Bogus to me. Yes its 3 years ago but give me a break. These guys were great!

Prompt, courteous and more important than all skilled in their craft, you can't beat Kendall Plumbing.

I've had a few less than stellar experiences with plumbers, so I can't express enough what a relief it's been to work with someone who I feel truly has our best interest in mind.

We were diagnosed as having roots in our main line by another company - a pretty devastating find only made worse by an initial assessment of $10,000! Kendall came in as a second opinion and opted to hydro jet our line saving us literally thousands of dollars for the same effect. We know we'll eventually have to mend the problem spot, but now we have time to save for it and have already been quoted a much, much more reasonable price.

Thank you Kendall, Kristie & co. for treating us and our vast array of plumbing issues like you'd treat one of your own! As new homeowners it really means the world.

My Friday morning started off a little earlier that I would have liked; I was woken up by my water sensor alarm at the bottom of my hot water heater overflow pan located in my garage at 5am - as it was leaking. The hot water heater was just 16 months old so I was sure it was under warranty. I called the emergency after-hours number of the ""other"" other company that initially installed the hot water heater at 5:15am and asked them to have a tech call me back ASAP. By 6:30am - still no call back, so I called again. By 8:00am, still no call back. In the meantime I called my Dad and he recommended calling Kendall Plumbing to see if they could assist (he had used them before and was very happy with them). I was not sure if the warranty would be valid with Kendall since they did not originally install it, but I figured I would give it a shot since the ""other"" company still had not called me back and I needed to get the hot water heater replaced ASAP. I called Kendall at 8:05am and Kendall himself answered. I explained to Kendall my situation and he talked it out with me; I let him know I had several calls into a different company and was not sure what to do or who I could go with and still be covered by the hot water heater warranty. Immediately I felt comfortable with him as he did not pressure me at all to go with Kendall and was just trying to offer me assistance to get my hot water heater replaced. He made some calls for me and let me know I would be covered even if Kendall Plumbing did the work. The price quote for the labor seemed fair so I booked the appointment. He said Darren would be out with the replacement hot water heater at 11:00am. Darren showed up at my door at 11:00am sharp. He answered all my questions and had my new hot water heater installed and up and running right around 1:00pm. I just got off the phone with Kendall letting them know how pleased I was with the service I received today. This could have been a problem that may have taken all weekend to fix and they had it done in a total of less than 5 hours from the time I made the first call. I highly recommend this company - a big thank you to Kendall, Darren and Kristy for helping me and my family out today.

Awesome! What a true diamond in the rough company. From the receptionist to the onsite plumber, the entire experience was enjoyable. Warren came to my home, made the repairs, explained everything along the way. This is truly a company that cares about their customers. Kudos! I am now a long term Kendall customer.

My family has used Kendall Plumbing for as long as I can remember. Kendall has always been fair, kind, and knowledgeable!

I bought my first home last year. Kendall himself came to help inspect my home and let me know certain things, and what to expect given the age of appliances/fixtures. Since then I've had his guys out to my home 3 different times. Different reasons (clogged sinks, disposals not working) and the service has been the same. Great employees, who work efficiently and with great care.

Today, Scott came out and replaced my hot water heater, removed a non working water softener that we inherited from the previous owners, he checked a sink that was leaking and discovered our disposal was leaking and he replaced that as well!! All was done quickly (for the amount of work needed), he was kind and patient and explained different things to me about the hot water heater, and the price was beyond fair.

I wont go to anyone else for my needs. I'm a Kendall Plumbing customer for life.

We had a a clogged line in our home in the basement and Kendall was referred by someone we know. We were extremely pleased. The previous plumbing company we had out wasn't able to clear the line and had suggested very expensive and extensive work which would have cost us over $8K. Kendall said he'd be happy to quote for what we were told we needed but asked if we would be willing to let him try and clear the line first . We agreed and low and behold he was able to clear the line. He could have definitely tried to make a lot of money by quoting what the other plumbing company suggested but did not. I would highly recommend Kendall as well as use him again. I felt the price we paid was fair when you to have consider someone's time for driving and then doing the job.

Kendall was amazing! He was thorough, respectful and extremely helpful. Our main line backed up and flooded parts of our home. We called Kendall Plumbing after we received an outrageous quote from another company. Kendall spent the time walking me through the inspection and the work to be done. He recommended involving the city to make sure that both sides of the pipe were fixed to reduce risk of further issues. Turns out the city viewed Kendall's camera inspection of the main line and concluded it was their problem to resolve. I would highly recommend Kendall Plumbing. If I ever have another plumbing issue, Kendall will be the only call I will make!

Kendall Plumbing was prompt and the service was awesome. They came to my house and fixed both my toilets and my faucet that would not drain. They also were very honest and made me look like a rock star with my wife! I would recommend them to anyone looking for good local and honest company.

I have wanted a gas cooktop and finally found one, Warren came over and ran a new gas line for us and connected my cooktop, I want to thank you again for working me into your busy schedule and I am cooking with gas now!!
