My experience with Kendall Plumbing was far from excellent. I called and made an appointment to have a water heater flushed. A couple of days later I realized that I had another plumbing problem, so I called back. They made an appointment for me. Unfortunately, they failed to record flushing the hot water heater. I called again and scheduled another appointment. I was given another appointment. I was not given an explanation that the appointment time was anytime within an hour. Given that Kendall Plumbing is located less than a mile for me, I have to think that it shouldn't take an hour to get here. The reality is that it took an hour and 7 minutes to get here. I will not be recommending them to anyone. They were in my home for less than minutes and charged me The only reason they are getting two stars is that they did the work and did it correctly. I suspect I paid for two trip charges.
Who knows? Both of the workers were very nice. Would I recommend Kendall to a neighbor or friend? Never!!!

I don't give 5 star ratings because I feel that many of them are not real reviews. I am making an exception for Kendall Plumbing. They deserve the 5 stars for exceptional service. I called with a plugged sewer line on Sunday morning and it was fixed by early afternoon. I will be calling Kendall Plumbing from now on when I need work done!

Many thanks to Kendall plumbing! Amy handled my call with confidence and professionalism Warren came out to look at our situation and handled the work order as if he was working on his own home! I would highly recommend Kendall plumbing. When Warren showed up he had every tool that he needed and was well prepared. I like that. He didn't have to go anywhere else to get anything else he had it all.

(2.5 Stars) Arrived timely, at 1:28 pm on a Saturday, (per Ring) and finished the work at 2:29pm (per Ring); they stated they would be here between 12pm & 1pm (arrived as promised). I did have to call in the morning to remind them, I got worried they were not going to show up, he told me the mentioned time. He quickly, assessed the work that needed to be done, from what I understand, an easy diagnosis, which was a wax ring replacement (wax seal) on toilet. Total billed: $341.00. Work was completed professionally and area cleaned. The 2.5 Stars is due to a part costing $25 (to $30), and $300.00 for one hour of work. I will pay for skill & weekend hours, but I will leave it up to you whether $$ was excessive and if you would use their service/s considering the upcharge.

We had a blocked pipe and everything was backing up with guests in the house. They came out within a couple hours and fixed the problem, cleaned up and we were back to normal. Very professional and saved us. Scott was awesome to work with and the Owner called, followed up and made sure we were taken care of. We are not use to this type of service. Very refreshing.

Called on Kendall when I had a problem with my kitchen sink backing up every few days. The owner himself showed up. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and cleaned up every little bit of mess he made, even using a cloth to wipe up a boot mark he made. A true professional.

We have only 1 bathroom and everything started backing up last night! Our neighbor had used Kendall Plumbing and recommended them. I called this morning Kendall told me someone would be out between noon and 3 and he was! Darin was so nice and did such thorough work! Very pleased! We now have a plumber! Thank you! Thank you! Property management sent this company to help with my running toilet fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Plumber very nice as well as the receptionist. They called when they were on the way so you knew when to expect them vs just showing up between the window time.

Jamie, scheduling coordinator, was prompt, friendly and personable while scheduling our call. Chris, our technician, was exceptional! He was super polite, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Because of this, we cannot say enough about the professionalism and service of this company. If we are in need of future services, we will not hesitate to contact Kendall Plumbing.
