Our ejection pit overflowed in the middle of the night. After several attempts to find someone to help us as soon as possible I received a call from Steve at
Kendall Plumbing. He was able to identify the problem and guided us to a quick fix to stop and reverse the flooding. He said they would call in the morning to schedule a service call to fully resolve our issue. I was so happy to have received that call from Steve. That morning, I was contacted by Kendall Plumbing to book a service call. Greg showed up on time and did a fantastic job of replacing the pump and also replacing the existing PVC piping that was contributing to the problem. I could not be more pleased with outcome. These folks are very capable and very personable and they have my highest recommendation to anyone looking for an excellent plumbing company.

Our hose bib ruptured and flooded our back yard and the neighbors yard. Kendall came quickly for a free estimate. The quote was over 1000 less than ABC. I said OK. An hour later, r the work was done and he had cleaned up. Great service!

Ok. I left a 1 star review previous. I will now amend that. They did return and they did fix my clogged drains. It did take 5 hours so it was a bigger job than either of us anticipated. Dave came back, worked diligently and continously' pipes had to be replaced, lots of sawing and banging ensued. But my drains are clear and flowing and I am thrilled. He was pleasant inspite of my previous bad review but they made it right. Therefore, I would highly recommend Kendall Plumbing and Heating and will not hesitate to call them again. Also, the price for the second visit was not outrageous. I am only giving 4 stars because it took 2 visits for same issue. Thank you Dave!

Have had several great experiences working with Kendall Plumbing. Heidi is extremely kind, knowledgeable about product lines and can get you an estimate at any time! They do great, quality service, (ask for Curt, Termayne or Greg) and I've been working with them for years! If anything ever should happen, plumbing, heating, cooling...they can help and they do the job right the first time!

I had a problem with my furnace . I called Kendal heating. After the initial estimate my bill was to be 220.-- for part and labor. When the work was part done it changed to 269.00. I was not happy but accepted. They said they would have to wait for the part to come in. I waited one week passed the time they said and than they showed up late. The worst is still to come. After the part came and I had paid for the service on the first visit, they change the total to 349.00
I tried to fight them but I lost and had to pay the full amount above the origional estimate. I myself have worked in the service industry for 31 years, I do not take advantage or deceive the people I work for. Do not call this business , try another!!!

These guys are great!! Very polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable about their work in figuring out a plumbing problem quickly. They give price of work upfront on most jobs so there are no surprises. Very neat and expertise workmanship. Definitely shows they know what they're doing! Would definitely call them again and recommend them to friends!

We had them install a new furnace in October 2011. In November 2012, when we went to use the furnace for the first time that year, it did not work. We had them out but were charged $180 since we didn't schedule a cleaning before then. This year, I called and scheduled a cleaning in September for Oct. 10, 2013, at 8 am. By 9:30 am, they had not arrived and my wife called only to find out they lost out schedule. Finally, they showed at 11 am. The problem was an old thermostat needed replacing. They replaced it with a White/Rogers non prog. thermostat that retails for $35. They presented the bill to my wife (I was unavailable at that time). They charged us $89 for the service call and $182 for the thermostat! I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone else. Plus, the was no apology extended for being late. They are NOT a customer serviced company!

My opinion is I was over charged and I felt conned. What another plumber would have done in two hours for $300 took them 4 hours and two men (one doing nothing) and cost over $1,000. Needless to say I called another plumber for the rest of the work and was super happy. If you ever use these guys get an estimate and if they won't give you one make them tell you their hourly rate. Otherwise they will just tell you the ""job"" cost X dollars even if they only spend an hour doing it. Their work was done right, but it was simple stuff. One star for taking advantage of me. they would have had a customer for life. I have already spent $7,000 on remodeling with another contractor.
