Called them to fix a noisy swamp cooler, they came right out that afternoon. Told me I needed a new belt and bearings. Gave me an estimate for 1.5 hours in labor and parts. They did not have any parts on the truck, so I guess they had to run to Home Depot. The job was completed in 1 hour even with the parts run. I have the time they came in the gate of my complex and the text saying the job was finished. I was still charged for 1.5 hours. When the tech finished the repair he came down and said there may still be a little noise as the bracket on the fan was bent. I said OK. He told me I would probably get another 2-3 years out of that cooler. It was quite for the rest of the day and then back to the same clattering I had before. I call them back and they said it would be the end of the week before they could make it back out. He did arrive on Friday morning at the agreed upon time. He went up on the roof and came down saying the bracket was now broken and jumping all around. I asked for him to show me where this was in the cooler. We were both on the roof and he took the bracket and shoved it back and forth and said see. I told him the other repairs should not have been made if that part was in that condition. He got quite defensive and said is was all bent up and he could not tell the condition prior to the original repair. The cooler was functioning when he arrived the first time, nothing had ceased or was bound up. He raised his voice to me as we both stood on the roof. I had to tell him not to yell at me. He then said maybe he could get some JB Weld to stabilize the bracket..... but he did not have any on the truck. He said he would be back at around 5pm to do the job. Then just a few hours later I get a call from the tech saying that the owner of the company was willing to deduct the price of the repair from a new cooler and install. $1,475 less the repair of $229. I told him I thought that price was inflated. I have priced a similar cooler for about $600 or less, the motor can be reused and installation should not be any more than $400. I told him I could not afford to replace at this time, and just come out to so the weld on the bracelet to get me through the season. They never showed back up. I even called the next Tuesday morning and got nothing but attitude from the office girl. So this bad review could have been avoided if they had just done what they said they would do.

My grandmother was referred by senior affairs when my grandfather had a stroke. This company is apparently on a list of services that help seniors including the salvation army etc. So she didnt realize it was a private business. I called for her at 9:20 am and the woman who answered the phone sounded very bothered and confused. She didnt even answer the phone professionally, at first i thought i had misdialed, because she just kept saying ""hello"" before i could even get a word out. I mean what was her deal anyway?
So i explain to her that my grandmother needed help dialing and i give the phone to her. After a little less than a minute my grandmother comes back in the room very frusturated and offended. Apparently this woman was very rude and hostile and when my grandmother told her what she needed and explained that senior affairs gave her the number she coldly replied ""89 dollars per hour"" when my grandmother asked if that was just for an estimate she said yes and hung up.
Now you tell me, why the H3LL would I ever pay anyone at your company $89 an hour after someone you employed treated an elderly woman so rudely?
Theres a lot of HVAC guys in Albuquerque, I guess ur totally okay with giving them business. But if this is how you treat people the least you can do is call senior services and tell them to stop referring your business.

Contacted Day and Night for a tankless water heater upgrade.
They arrived on time and did a good job completing all the things that needed to be done.
Sean was great and and the office keep me informed, even processed our rebate.
I will have more work for them in the future.

I had contacted Day and Night for an estimate for repairs to my hot water heater. They were able to schedule my appointment immediately, which was a huge concern and an issue with other companies that I had contacted. The owner (Shane) came out on time and was very personable and very courteous. He was able to give me an honest estimate and great advice about my next steps. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing or heating needs!

Please be sure to get a quote, any quote, for repair in writing. They won't honor what they say they will do and how much it will cost. They sent 1 person to 'evaluate' the repair. He said ""worst case, no more than $350.00"" and would send a repair person the next day. They did. They sent someone without any information about the 'evaluation' so he had to start from scratch - and it's by the hour! End result, the charged for both the 1st and 2nd 'evaluation' time and refused to honor the verbal estimate given. The first repair person acknowledged he said the amount but then said that it didn't include his time from the day before. He didn't say, worst case $350 plus my time today, he said max $350.
Be VERY careful with this outfit.

Day and Night Plumbing is the worst. My husband called before 10 on Saturday morning and was told they would come out in the afternoon - a couple of calls ahead of us. Then nothing. No one showed up. No one called. My husband called and left a message yesterday evening and still nothing - no response. So we are left with clogged lines and no Mothers Day Showers. I can't say how awful this company is! Don't use them if you want quick service or response time. ""Day and Night"" is a true laugh.

DO NOT hire Day & Night Plumbing for water main work. Shane has shown that he is irresponsible, unreliable, and unprofessional. For your own protection, DO NOT hire him. He installed a water line to my home about 1 year ago. It leaked 2 times within 2 weeks by the Frost-free water hydrant, and he ""supposedly"" repair them. It's now about a year later and it was leaking again. I called on Sat, Aug. 5 and left a message. No response. I called on Monday, Aug.7 and Stacy (his daughter) said he would be out Tue after 3 pm. At 4:30 he still hadn't arrived, so I called. He said he was having trouble on a job and would be here when he finished. At 7:30 pm he still had Not arrived and had Not called. I left a message both his phone numbers to ask him to call. On Wed morning, I again left messages on both numbers. He has NOT returned any phone calls. On Wed, I finally called a different plumber who has been in business for 30 yrs. He came out on Thu morning and had it fixed by Thu afternoon. What he found was that Shane failed to put gravel around the pipe and the frost-free, so dirt had gotten into the line. The professional plumber also found that the fitting had been screwed too tight and had split. Although I had to pay again, I'm happy to have the job done correctly.
(By the way, Stacy, who wrote the 1st review is his daughter.)

If your looking for quality professional work keep looking I've had multiple issues with this company that they can't seem to be capable of rectifying. Save your time and money.

Worst experience I have ever had with any company. Shane the owner is nothing but a liar who says he will call you back but never does . This company did some work on my house and never completed the work after many attempts to contact Shane and work something out a time to get the problem fixed he kept saying he would send a tech or call me back it has been an going battle for about 4 weeks now. The fix is such An easy fix that his company could fix in no time and very cost efficient. Instead he would much rather not try to make things right and just ingores are phone calls. I will now being taking this to the bbb and other places . I can call another company and have this fixed in no time, but its the principal that's matters. I trusted this company to do a job they said they could. Day and night plumbing is a joke your better off going to a company that cares about their customers needs and will make things right.

My A/C conked out when the temp was 98 degrees. Shane came out on a weekend and had the unit fixed quickly. Super nice guy who knows what he is doing. He even checked other parts of the A/C system to make sure everything was ok.
