Called and they came out quick. Guy said he couldn't help because he didn't know what the failure code was. He changed for the site visit as left.
Bad experience. Our drain was clogged and the repair time was 2 weeks, they came with a digging machine, trashed our front yard just to find that the pipe was just ok and it only needed cleaning. They charged $1000 for a repair that should cost $200. Do not use their services.
Lilly D.Terrible experience - the employees were verbally aggressive, particularly toward the elderly. Plumber pounded on the door as though he were trying to knock it down. Don't send these folks to your aging parents unless you are there. Attempted to up-sell a simple repair.
Great job! Came early. Explained everything he was doing. Did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. Nice and pleasant. After he was done he said he would come back if there were any more problems.
Claire S.Called them to fix a noisy swamp cooler, they came right out that afternoon. Told me I needed a new belt and bearings. Gave me an estimate for 1.5 hours in labor and parts. They did not have any parts on the truck, so I guess they had to run to Home Depot. The job was completed in 1 hour even with the parts run. I have the time they came in the gate of my complex and the text saying the job was finished. I was still charged for 1.5 hours. When the tech finished the repair he came down and said there may still be a little noise as the bracket on the fan was bent. I said OK. He told me I would probably get another 2-3 years out of that cooler. It was quite for the rest of the day and then back to the same clattering I had before. I call them back and they said it would be the end of the week before they could make it back out. He did arrive on Friday morning at the agreed upon time. He went up on the roof and came down saying the bracket was now broken and jumping all around. I asked for him to show me where this was in the cooler. We were both on the roof and he took the bracket and shoved it back and forth and said see. I told him the other repairs should not have been made if that part was in that condition. He got quite defensive and said is was all bent up and he could not tell the condition prior to the original repair. The cooler was functioning when he arrived the first time, nothing had ceased or was bound up. He raised his voice to me as we both stood on the roof. I had to tell him not to yell at me. He then said maybe he could get some JB Weld to stabilize the bracket..... but he did not have any on the truck. He said he would be back at around 5pm to do the job. Then just a few hours later I get a call from the tech saying that the owner of the company was willing to deduct the price of the repair from a new cooler and install. $1,475 less the repair of $229. I told him I thought that price was inflated. I have priced a similar cooler for about $600 or less, the motor can be reused and installation should not be any more than $400. I told him I could not afford to replace at this time, and just come out to so the weld on the bracelet to get me through the season. They never showed back up. I even called the next Tuesday morning and got nothing but attitude from the office girl. So this bad review could have been avoided if they had just done what they said they would do.
My grandmother was referred by senior affairs when my grandfather had a stroke. This company is apparently on a list of services that help seniors including the salvation army etc. So she didnt realize it was a private business. I called for her at 9:20 am and the woman who answered the phone sounded very bothered and confused. She didnt even answer the phone professionally, at first i thought i had misdialed, because she just kept saying ""hello"" before i could even get a word out. I mean what was her deal anyway?
So i explain to her that my grandmother needed help dialing and i give the phone to her. After a little less than a minute my grandmother comes back in the room very frusturated and offended. Apparently this woman was very rude and hostile and when my grandmother told her what she needed and explained that senior affairs gave her the number she coldly replied ""89 dollars per hour"" when my grandmother asked if that was just for an estimate she said yes and hung up.
Now you tell me, why the H3LL would I ever pay anyone at your company $89 an hour after someone you employed treated an elderly woman so rudely?
Theres a lot of HVAC guys in Albuquerque, I guess ur totally okay with giving them business. But if this is how you treat people the least you can do is call senior services and tell them to stop referring your business.
Contacted Day and Night for a tankless water heater upgrade.
They arrived on time and did a good job completing all the things that needed to be done.
Sean was great and and the office keep me informed, even processed our rebate.
I will have more work for them in the future.
I had contacted Day and Night for an estimate for repairs to my hot water heater. They were able to schedule my appointment immediately, which was a huge concern and an issue with other companies that I had contacted. The owner (Shane) came out on time and was very personable and very courteous. He was able to give me an honest estimate and great advice about my next steps. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing or heating needs!
Please be sure to get a quote, any quote, for repair in writing. They won't honor what they say they will do and how much it will cost. They sent 1 person to 'evaluate' the repair. He said ""worst case, no more than $350.00"" and would send a repair person the next day. They did. They sent someone without any information about the 'evaluation' so he had to start from scratch - and it's by the hour! End result, the charged for both the 1st and 2nd 'evaluation' time and refused to honor the verbal estimate given. The first repair person acknowledged he said the amount but then said that it didn't include his time from the day before. He didn't say, worst case $350 plus my time today, he said max $350.
Be VERY careful with this outfit.
Day and Night Plumbing is the worst. My husband called before 10 on Saturday morning and was told they would come out in the afternoon - a couple of calls ahead of us. Then nothing. No one showed up. No one called. My husband called and left a message yesterday evening and still nothing - no response. So we are left with clogged lines and no Mothers Day Showers. I can't say how awful this company is! Don't use them if you want quick service or response time. ""Day and Night"" is a true laugh.
