Replaced a busted and leaking hot water heater in my attic. They responded quickly and had a team of four men to move the heaters in and out. I am a very satisfied customer.

Called to have them come fix our outside spigot. He told us he'd be out the next day and would call when he was on the way. He didn't call or show up, after we changed plans to be available all day. Someone called the next morning and said he'd be there at 4p. Once again, no show, no call. That was the last we heard from them. Don't waste your time calling them, they obviously don't need your business.

Stopped up line Tyson came within 4 hours of the Monday morning call. Tech was pleasant friendly and got on the job quickly. He made short work of our problem and we are happy with the results. Can find no fault in the service or the time. Will use again in the future.

The most disappointing company I have ever hired to do a job I promise you. They're liars, dishonest will lie after doing the job to higher the price if they think you're stupid. They're trying to get 1,091 dollars from a leak I had in the closet.

Scam company. They came out to fix clogged sinks about a week ago and just moved the clog into the toilets which started overflowing as soon as they left. They refused to come back out. We had to pay another company hundreds of dollars late that night to have working toilets. Tyson plumbing never even called us back the next day after promising they would. This company has amateur plumbers and will take your money and run with it. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

The owner of this company, Ken, is one of the most unethical, unprofessional vendors I have ever dealt with. I have multiple rental homes and I will never, ever use them again. Only concerned about money, not about the customer or doing what is right!

Ken you are correct. I decided not to use you for the shower for my rental due to our discussion. You were rude and unethical. I won't use you ever again.

I call Ken Tyson every time my plumbing needs work. They are always on time, polite and professional. I had them install a new water heater and a new dish washer. The estimate given wasn't very far off from the final price. I wasn't charged and arm and a leg and then had to also give a foot like other companies I've used. The service guys are very informative and explain exactly what they need to do. I understand that sometimes after you get into the work sometimes you find more things wrong. And they told me what else needed to be fixed. I'd rather now then than later. Some companies just come in do their job and see problems and not tell you. Just so they can get in and out and get paid. Not Ken Tyson. They showed me the problems and I had them fixed. I stood right there and watched all the work. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend any of their guys and their company.

Dishonest company full of theives and lazy plumbers. Also when they get your money they don't care how bad their service was. The company gave us a quote for a simple snaking and said service would only require one plumber. In the middle of the servicing, a second plumber pops out of nowhere, proceeds to stand around and we get ripped off by being charged for two plumbers and told service was higher than first quoted. The second plumber was literally standing around talking and not doing a single thing. When we called to complain, the nasty associate on the phone told us, ""That's just the way we do things. We got our money so we don't care what issues you had with the service."" Unbelievable. We usually have to spend a couple thousand dollars a year for plumbing services due to the old pipes and system in our house as it is a historic residence. Thanks to this experience we will be giving our cash to other services from now on, and will never use this crooked company again.
