I have a clogged pipe in my washroom that prevents me from using my washer. I called my home warranty people and they sent Ken Tyler Plumbing out the next day. Two younger guys, not Ken, shower up and attempted to snake the line through the sink but was unable to get it. They said that Ken would come out and fix it the next day which was Tuesday. Tuesday came. No call. No show. I reached out to the home warranty and they said that he would have to cut through the wall to fix it and he suggested that he installed a clean out for an extra $125 and that he would come out on Thursday 3-5. Thursday came and I hadn't heard from him so I reached out. He said that he was on a job that took 5 hours and he would have to get to me Friday. Friday came another no call no show. Reached out to the home warranty people and they said he would be out Saturday. No specific time. I waited until 3ish to text him and see where he was. No reply. Waited until 5 and reached out to the home warranty and told them to refund my deductible so that I could get so one local or send someone new. They said they put me in a cue for another plumber. I'm still waiting. I understand that my problem is not emergent but simple communication could have alleviate most of my issues. I would not reccomend anyone deal with this plumber.

My home warranty company sent Tyler plumbing to my house because I didn't have hot water. Her showed up on 11/1 and said I need a new tank and he'll be back on 11/4. Today is 11/22 and I still do not have hot water. He will not answer their calls or emails nor mine. I've called everyday for 20 days. Still no resolution. I wish I'd read the review before I agreed to him doing the repairs.

Guess I should of read the reviews. Looks like Ken gets his work from home warranty companies and is paid for jobs because he lies to them about coming out and fixing the issues you've requested services for. He showed up to my home once with the wrong equipment and hasnt come back and hasnt returned calls. it's been months that I've waited for him to come back. Home watranty was told by Ken he completed the job even though he did not. I'd give zero stars if i could.

Ken showed up the same day we requested service from our warranty. We had a clogged sewer line. He tried a few things that should have fixed it but no luck. We called the city to get them to check the city line and Ken stuck around through all of it, serving as our interface with the city sewer folks. After many hours and different attempts to fix the issue, Ken came up with the final plan that fixed it all. Can't thank Ken and the City of Starkville enough for sticking with us to resolve the blockage.

called my warranty company AHS on 3/4/22 for faucet leaks. Ken himself has been to the house 5 times and still has not fixed all the leaks. Next week it will be 3 months. He has order the wrong parts multiple times. He still doesn't have the correct faucet or cartridge for the repair. In fact he put in a wrong cartridge in my shower with no leak--hot water issue to start with and now it is badly leaking!! The home warranty company is a joke to deal with (that's a separate issue) and he is not responding to my calls or texts. Please don't let the """"he fixed my clog"""" reviews mislead you, he can fix clogs I'm sure but anything more I'm not convince. He especially doesn't seem to care about timeliness and customer's concerns.--Update (5/27/22) American Home Shield is now investigating this vendor and has this case escalated.

Terrible company. The lady, I believe her name was Christine, was very unfriendly. The team showed up to switch out my water heater at 11. Left at 12. At 1:30, they weren't back so I called to see what the deal was. No answer, no call back. Finally showed back up at 3 and completed the job by about 6. 7 hours with no water with a baby. Charged my card before any work was complete- before anyone was even at my property. Charged me 85.00 for a """"stand"""" that I """"had to have"""" which is nothing more than some old, used scrap wood they nailed together. Would not recommend.
