I recently had an issue with reduced water pressure in my shower. I knew it was not the shower head. I called Ken. It turned out to be a little more than just a simple fix, but he managed to get to the problem and order a hard-to-get part, which he replaced and it fixed the problem.
His wife, Katherine was very pleasant on the phone, very knowledgeable, and extremely prompt in getting back to me in returning my calls.
I will use Ken again in the future and I highly recommend.

Do not hesitate to hire Ken Savare....he is a problem solver. I have used him a half dozen times. He understands older houses (mine is 100 years old) and he has fixed problems that other contractors were not able to solve. In addition, he's a nice guy...and his wife, who runs his office, is also extremely friendly and helpful.
