I used them twice. First time was minor work on a refrigerator and that went ok.
Second time was a water filter under the sink and a new sink and faucet. The new sink did not fit the hole in the counter and they, literally, said ""We can't do that"" and left it to me to enlarge the hole to fit the sink. What kind of plumber can't enlarge a hole in a counter top?
This plumber (?) couldn't.
The next day, their man could not make it. That's understandable. People have emergencies too. I was told someone else would be out to finish the job. At 5 pm after waiting all day, I called their office and found out no one was coming.

The sink and faucet look cheap and I now have no sprayer.
All around about as bad a job as is possible.

Jesse Peterson from Ken Rentmeister Plumbing did an amazing job and will get all of my future business. We originally were quoted an outrageous price from a competitor for a kitchen faucet and decided to go with a local handyman to complete the work for us. Unfortunately we had a leak and called Jesse to have the repair completed professionally. He was incredibly professional from the first contact. He called to say he could make it earlier if i was available (crazy right??), he replaced the pipes and completed the work in a bit over an hour. What a nice guy and was extremely reasonable. Thanks so much for the great work Jesse!!

Very relieved that what I thought might be very expensive was not so bad. Technician called to let me know he was on his way. Jesse came out and explained things without being too technical or dumbing it down too much. Was very efficient and even made friends with my dogs. Highly recommend them

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Ken Rentmeister. We just recently moved to Ogden and had a drain blockage with water coming up from the basement. I called our home warranty service and they sent someone out who told us we had a crushed main line in the yard which would be thousands $$$$$ to fix. I called Ken for a second opinion and he came the next day and cleared out the line and charged us a very reasonable service call charge for his work. We didn't have a crushed line after all. Had I listened to the original ""plumber"" I would be out thousands. Ken is the kind of guy you don't feel nervous about welcoming into your home - he's friendly, clean cut, and takes time to explain what is going on and what he is doing to fix it. I am so happy that we have a plumber we can trust in the Ogden area.

Great service. Will call for all plumbing services in the future. Called Ken for a slight emergency. Was able to make it out the same day. Had the problem solved and repaired in less than an hour. Just charged the service call. Nice to find a great small business owner that takes pride in his work and taking care of customers.
