He patiently walked me through every step of the process, explaining exactly what was wrong with my plumbing and the steps he was taking to fix everything. By the time he was done with all the repairs, I felt so much more knowledgeable about pipes, wax seals and p-traps.

Mo G.When you hire a plumber through craigslist, you take your chances. Last year, I had two separate plumbers come out to try and replace the shower and tub valve and faucets. First one tried to do a quick fix, but eventually said I needed a new valve and he didn't have time. The second plumber, a two-man team, was able to get the valve in, but couldn't fix the leak in the pipe they had to cut. It was so infuriating and frustrating. Thankfully, Ken Ramshaw responded to my ad and he came out and fixed it--no more leaks and the shower and faucets worked perfectly!
Today, I had a different bath tub issue. The drain pipe had a huge leak. Luckily, I still had his number and luckily he had time. It's true, you can't beat his price. Ken is very experienced and finds solutions to any plumbing problems. Thank you Ken.
