There's plenty of plumbers who will come to your house and assist with your plumbing problems, but working with Ken was like a master's class in sink and toilet repair. He patiently walked me through every step of the process, explaining exactly what was wrong with my plumbing and the steps he was taking to fix everything. All the while he kept things enjoyable by cracking jokes and sharing his philosophies. By the time he was done with all the repairs, I felt so much more knowledgeable about pipes, wax seals and p-traps.

The work Ken did was completely satisfactory and his prices are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any of my small job plumbing needs.

Once again, Ken saved the day. I had another kitchen sink clog, in the past he recommended that I changed my pipes. He stayed with me the whole time to ensure I had the right parts etc. He left me with an informative job well done, faucet, pipes etc are better than ever. Very well priced for the service. When you hire a plumber through craigslist, you take your chances. Last year, I had two separate plumbers come out to try and replace the shower and tub valve and faucets. First one tried to do a quick fix, but eventually said I needed a new valve and he didn't have time. The second plumber, a two-man team, was able to get the valve in, but couldn't fix the leak in the pipe they had to cut. It was so infuriating and frustrating. Thankfully, Ken Ramshaw responded to my ad and he came out and fixed it--no more leaks and the shower and faucets worked perfectly!

Today, I had a different bath tub issue. The drain pipe had a huge leak. Luckily, I still had his number and luckily he had time. It's true, you can't beat his price. Ken is very experienced and finds solutions to any plumbing problems. Thank you Ken.

My kitchen sink was blocked. He snaked the drain and did an amazing job at that for a price way lower than others quoted. Also tightened a faucet pipe for free. I highly recommend.
